This house is conveniently located just 5 minutes to restaurants/bars such as the Beaver's Den, Dock 97 and the Riverdeck. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, and now this property has it's own private beach. Newly repaired private dock and plenty of parking! Great Time on Lake Wateree!
We stayed for a few days with family. It was a relaxing time and the house had plenty of space and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The access to the lake right off the yard was great and everyone had fun paddle-boarding, floating in tubes, and fishing. It was extremely hot outside, but we made the most of it!
