優點，環境非常美好，房間很大，兩卧兩衞廚房客廳。停車就在公寓門口。空氣清新，像住在森林裏。服務也很好，主動介紹他們有五人間，讓我們可以省了一間房。進門的時候，給三個小孩子的玩具和零食已經整齊的擺在茶几上。這麼多年在國外旅行，第一次見到。
唯一的缺點是床品有點老舊了。而且比較熱門有點難訂。我提前一個月想再延住幾天都沒房了。

這家酒店服務非常差，先從早餐開始，我們付了每人每天25歐元的費用，酒店是點單式自助餐，我們要了二份三文魚的餐食，可是等所有餐廳的客人的餐都上完了，我們的卻遲遲沒有來，等到我們多次同酒店服務員交涉後，才端上來二份三文魚，像是要飯似的。等到了晚上，我們從外面回來，發現房間沒有打掃，我們沒有乾淨的毛巾，浴巾，也沒有衞生紙，打電話給前台，電話始終無人接聽，辛虧有攜程客服幫助，最終拿到了乾淨的毛巾，浴巾和衞生紙

Poor setvice at restaurant
We've felt a bit neglected in the restaurant outside area. There was a group of 100 inside. Food quality was not great, starters arrived with mains which meant eating cold food.

Excellent stay
Overall, very good. The location is great. South of Killarney, so if you want to be in the middle of pubs and restaurants and such, this may not be the place for you, but we loved that we could walk to Muckross Abbey, and that we were right by the lake and Torc Waterfall with short drives. They offered free bike rental, which I'd have loved if we had more time.
The staff were very friendly. Both the person who checked us in, and the one who checked us out, were super-friendly, and were quick and to the point.
The room itself was nice. It was a bit hot when we were there, so a fan would've been nice, but we just cranked the windows wide and that did the job. The two bedroom apartment was great, and relaxing.
