Very dirty fake nail found in bowls a vape found under the couch clearly not cleaned properly furniture very cheap and tacky appliances such as washing machine did not work properly overall a very bad experience and will not be returning in the future

Staff were great with my friends who arrived ahead of us and early too. Very friendly everytime we passed. Apartment was spotless but definitely needs some repair work to it with a loose tile in one bathroom, mildew in the other with the wooden flooring so loose it actually resembled one of those puzzle boxes to reveal a prize. Bath didn't run but showers did work wonderfully. That said, it was a great stay. Balcony meant our toddlers had somewhere to play safely, kitchen was good though was missing a chopping board.

2 night stay
Location was good, beds were comfortable but the apartment was just in need of some tlc. Sofa was broken and a chest of drawers was falling apart. Would have been good if there were instructions for the washer/dryer. None of the three shaver points/lights worked either. Mentioned this in communication but nothing was done. Overall it was ok but we only stayed 2 nights.

A hidden gem!
We were so pleasantly surprised with the apartment. It was spacious, modern and clean. Jamie the property manager was fabulous. He was helpful and came to assist almost immediately each time

I stayed in block D on Tues and Wed night of this week as we were in town for an Irish dancing competition. The positives were it was a 6 min drive to INEC. Negatives: common areas (corridors, lifts etc) not clean. Apartment itself seemed clean at first glance but on further inspection it was not:, underwear we did not own in wardrobe, chewing gum stuck to back of curtain and under kitchen counter, cobwebs everywhere. On Wednesday night we evacuated as fire alarm sounded at 12.30 am No one from property management appeared, another guest took charge and rang fire alarm company who informed us no fire. We all trudged back to our apartments only to be woken again every hour or so!! Disaster, luckily my daughter had already danced on Wed as this was not the nights sleep any of us needed.

L'appartamento era di grandi dimensioni e ben attrezzato, abbiamo trovato qualche piccolo difetto nella porta del bagno e vicino alle finestre ma qualita - prezzo non male. Piccolo accorgimento da fare; nel bolliutore abbiamo trovato all'intero l'acqua dei clienti precedenti e non e stato il massimo e l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'acqua calda ma sono subito venuti ad aiutarci

Was supposed to stay here on Tuesday night This was the most filthy disgusting apartment I have ever booked into The bed linen was stained with what looked like blood and excrement The toilet in one of the bathrooms had excrement all down the outside of toilet We left as quick as possible and stayed at the plaza in Killarney The Atlantic appt are a blight on Kerry and a health risk Stay well clear

Absolutely Terrible
If I could give this property minus 5 stars I would. It smelt like urine in the kitchen and lounge area. Was dangerous for small kids with 2 heaters hanging off the wall and a shower just hanging on! There was unrepaired holes in the walls feom doors been banged. We only stayed one of the four nights we booked be got out of there quick!
