I am extremely upset and frustrated with the way this company has handled my booking. Due to the sudden passing of my grandmother, I reached out in good faith to explain the circumstances and requested either a change of dates or a reimbursement for my stay. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, the company flatly refused to assist in any way. What makes this situation even worse is that after multiple attempts to call, my number has now been blocked. I was also told that it was not possible to speak with or contact a manager because they “don’t have their phone number,” which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional for any hospitality business. Life events such as bereavement are beyond anyone’s control, and a company that deals with guests and claims to provide service should at the very least show empathy and offer some form of solution. To be treated so dismissively during such a difficult and emotional time has left me extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking with this company, as their lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic customer care is shocking.

Price is 5 star price , but service is worst than 1 star. There is no reception , and the self check in process was very complicate . There is no hot water in the apartment , and there is no even basic hotel supply .

Clean and comfy. Its a great price. Not luxurious but a great base for exploration. Showers were great. Kitchen equipped with the basics. Staff were on site and attentive. Would stay again.
