Pessima esperienza, camera piccola e vetusta, con umido e condensa sui vetri. Bagno piccolo e con scarico della tazza lentissimo. Non rifanno i letti e la colazione non è di qualità e con servizio lentissimo. Costo veramente eccessivo per il tipo di offerta. Peccato perché la posizione è la casa in sé sarebbero belle e con molto potenziale.

Imagine being the other side of the world, turn up for your confirmed hotel booking only to be told "Your booking has been Cancelled" late on a Saturday in a very busy town. The place is otherwise booked out and you have nowhere else to stay.......... Well, that was us. Immensely disappointed and upset - no options given to us and something I will never ever forgive or forget. We eventually got what seemed the last room at another place and had to pay more than double what we had "PREPAID"

Très déçu par cet Établissement de 12 chambres , ni B&B, ni hôtel, vieillot, l’accueil inexistant, Humidité ambiante dans la salle du petit déjeuner en sous sol, english breakfast certes mais pas de fruits frais, pas de laitage, comme annoncé sur le descriptif de l’établissement. La chambre réduite à la plus simple expression lit , pas de placard, des portants avec cintres de pressing tordus, pas de ménage ni remplacement de linge de toilette pour les 3 nuits réservées…! Pas de produits de toilette d’accueil, pas de séchoir à cheveux, ni gobelet…! . Pas de chauffage, Tout est sur demande Et la, plus personne ne comprend le Français ….! Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez sûrement mieux plus loin sans beaucoup de mal. Bien loin du charme et de l’hospitalité légendaire irlandaise B&B que nous espérions trouver dans cette magnifique ville de Killarney. Nous avions réservé via Brittany Ferries qui de toute évidence ne connaît pas les lieux d’hébergement qu’ils vendent fièrement sur leur site et brochure. Nous déconseillons vivement cet endroit.

Not worth the money, rooms are too basic, bed is not comfortable at all. €160.00 for one night is a RIP off. Breakfast is okay quality.

We unfortunately could not make our stay with Kilarney View due to difficulties with our visas being delayed. We were transparent with them from the get go but was met with little understanding. We were liable for the full fee which is fair and we agreed to however we had cancelled with plenty of notice and they were not willing to even return a percentage of the money. We required an invoice for our travel insurance and they are refusing to give us an invoice showing all of our travelers even though our booking confirmation clearly shows all the travellers names. Frankly comes across as incompetent as if they do not care. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and the admin is shocking. I will not be booking here once our trip happens.

De gastvrouw heeft enorm haar best gedaan om het verblijf voor ons prettig te laten verlopen. De kamer was erg simpel met oude badkamer waar schimmel tussen de tegels zat. Erg gehorig met gasten die snachts laat terug kwamen. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar wel voldoende keuze.

The b and b is abloutely horrible nothing like the photos staff were very unfriendly when we seen our room it was worst no tv no WiFi bathroom was rotten door almost hanging of it this place should be closed down or filled with refugees do not recommend this place at all
