From the minute you arrive it strikes you just how pretty it looks. The minute you walk through the door you notice everything is very tastefully furnished & your greeted by the smiling friendly face of Maura in reception who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are lovely & modern & staff in general are so friendly & polite from housekeeping to bar & restaurant staff. Food is freshly cooked and plentiful from the breakfast to the evening meals. The whole hotel was amazing. I couldn't recommend the Victoria highly enough. Well done everyone. 👏

Bed and breakfast that no longer has its age. Major renovations are to be expected A musty smell in the hallways and reception Good breakfast without more… Damp room and bathroom that is no longer old too… HS bedding, . The only positive point is the kindness and the welcome of the owner who was adorable. to stay in this establishment if renovations are done. Chambre d’hôte qui n’a plus d’âge. Des gros travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir Une odeur de renfermé dans les couloirs et l’accueil Petit déjeuner bof sans plus… Chambre humide et salle de bain qui n’a plus d’âge aussi… Literie HS, . Le seul point positif c’est le gentillesse et l’accueil de la propriétaire qui a été adorable . A loger dans cet établissement si des travaux de rénovation sont faits

The room was cold. No TV in the room. One bedside locker for a double bed. Light pull on shaver in bathroom black with dirt. We shared a hand towel and there was no bath mat when stepping out of shower. No lighting in the guest car park at rear of property. No cereal offered at breakfast. The milk also split on the surface of my husbands coffee, I then opted for black tea. Other couples also had similar issues with milk. There was no inquiry as to whether we were comfortable, or had a nice night. STINGY

The room was on a bit small & dated. We were very disappointed we didn't get breakfast as we had it paid for.last orders were 9.30am and we didn't wake up until ten.

Perfect location for our family of 5!
We would absolutely come back to stay here! Mary, Earishka and the staff were such lovely hosts! The location couldn’t be more perfect and the breakfast was excellent! We were happy to find a room that could accommodate our family of 5 comfortably! One of the highlights of our trip.

The full Irish breakfast was one of the better ones I had during my trip to Killarney. The room is spacious and clean. The reception was also very accommodating.
