Positives: Friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Negatives: Bathroom situation is poor. No place to hang wet towels. Sink is tiny with no place to put anything. Basically zero flat surfaces to put anything on in bathroom except toilet. No shelf in shower, so again, you have to put your shampoo and stuff on the floor. Some but not all of the pillows were quite lumpy/worn out and had a slight odor of old pillow. Minor issue depending on your tastes: Coffee is only drip. Pretty good, but no espresso/cappuccino available.

This hotel is very very basic. I would stay one step above a hostel in some cases. The bathrooms are antiquated and the beds were not super comfortable. The location is a mile outside of the towns main ***** - walkable but a bike. Lovely location on the water. Breakfast was fine - or the best we had in our stay. One thing to be cautious of, we booked the family room as it appeared. They had large king size beds, and that the room could comfortably fit five. We were too adults and three children. That was not the case. The two larger beds are something slightly smaller than a US standard queen size bed we ended up having one child sleep on the floor with blankets. The hotel is priced as a very value location for a reason that are absolutely no frills. If you're just looking for a place to crash and don't mind a little bit of a walk into town, this will do just fine.

Imagine being the other side of the world, turn up for your confirmed hotel booking only to be told "Your booking has been Cancelled" late on a Saturday in a very busy town. The place is otherwise booked out and you have nowhere else to stay.......... Well, that was us. Immensely disappointed and upset - no options given to us and something I will never ever forgive or forget. We eventually got what seemed the last room at another place and had to pay more than double what we had "PREPAID"

Not worth the money, rooms are too basic, bed is not comfortable at all. €160.00 for one night is a RIP off. Breakfast is okay quality.

We were very disappointed with this accommodation the room was extremely small you could barely move the bathroom door wouldn’t close it had a gap no window covering on the window so the light came in the whole time. The curtains in the room would barely close the noise from the street and people delivering things in the morning very noisy
The bed was so soft it was like a bouncy castle
No where to put any luggage because the room was so small I would definitely say miss this accommodation there is plenty more places in Killarney

Lovely place by the river. Staff was so friendly and kind. Gave a great recommendation for supper. Would have loved to stay longer
