Request a cancellation and I will approve. So far, I have not received my refund, I called the Hotel and they said cancellations are not refundable. I now have to wait for the manager until the 1/2/24 to get a response."

"We were there for 4 days. The price was just slightly more than I prefer to pay, however I must say that the rooms were clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning and fan worked properly and was used the whole time we were there, due to the excessive heat wave. We used the refrigerator every day. The continental breakfast was sufficient and appreciated and good enough to get us on our way out for the day. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints or suggestions. I would stay there again and recommend this place to others."

"After returning from the Redwood Park, I found that the time I booked was wrong. I asked the front desk to help me modify it, but they told me that I needed to apply for it from a third party. I was very tired at the time and didn’t want to go through the trouble. I immediately placed another order for the same day, thinking that I could cancel it the next day. I thought it should be okay. As a result, I applied twice, but Ctrip replied that the hotel did not agree to cancel it. This service is not very friendly. I will not stay in Hampton brand hotels in the future."

(Just wish they would include bacon & pancakes some times)🥰 all the amenities were satisfactory, and we enjoyed every bit of them! We also rebooked and stayed longer and plan to return again!"
