"The room is clean and the environment is nice. The front desk is friendly. The breakfast is a little small, but that's what Western food should be like. There is a Chinese buffet across the street, which is convenient for eating."

"I drove by and stayed for one night. The price/performance ratio was good. It was an upgraded motel, so parking was free. However, the guy at the front desk seemed to dislike Chinese people. He kept splitting up to serve other Europeans and Americans during the check-in process and gave us a room far from the front desk. The next day, the lady was much more enthusiastic. There were several breakfast sets. You could choose one. The portion was large, but the waiting time was quite long."

"This hotel Is licated right off the freeways , if vehicle noise bothers you don't worry it isn't loud in the room! The walls are pretty good at keeping all sound out. We had a loud neighbor a few days ago but once inside the room we didn't hear ANYTHING the staff is friendly and the Rob's are pretty clean."

"This the second time that I booked this hotel in my way back to home. Unfortunately this time the room didn’t have fridge although it was mentioned in the booking and one of the comforters had stain on it. The staff was great and friendly as before"

"The biggest advantage of passing by here is that it is not near the expressway, so it is very quiet. It is very convenient to get on the expressway. There is a Costco across the street. The hotel is old, it's a decent first-generation courtyard, but the sanitation and other aspects are pretty good, which is okay for this small town. Prices on Ctrip are pretty good, even cheaper than those on American websites."

"Very nice hotel. The location is very close to the high-speed exit. Eat next to it, the market is close at hand. Breakfast free is simple and convenient. Juice coffee burger bread."

"We always enjoy your stay at the Four Points Sheraton Bakersfield. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the staff is always pleasant to work with. With co-vid happening they are cleaning the rooms less which is a downside, but we completely understand. There is always a nice, quiet filled to the resort ... Definitely nice to be able to take a breath and relax. Thank you Sheraton for a delightful stay, we will be back!"

"The front desk lady at the hotel looked decent but had a sleazy face. She was very cold and discriminated against Chinese people. We arrived at the hotel a few hours early and it was empty but we had to wait until 3pm to check in. When we checked out, she asked us to print a receipt and was very reluctant to print a receipt when she saw that we were Chinese. She said that it was impossible to print a receipt for Ctrip booking, but her attitude towards Americans was completely different. This was the hotel with the worst front desk staff attitude during my trip to the United States."

"We had a 1king + 2queen bed suite for a family of 5. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool which the kids love. It is also close to several restaurants. IHop was an 8 min walk. We love it and will definitely book again."
