I have booked many places and I did not like it here and will never come back. If you stay here, never give your credit card information to this business unless you want to lose 10-20%($25) of your tip without asking. No one serves you but they still automatically charge your credit card even if you have paid in full for your stay. You will not have this problem in other places.

I came to Seattle to see Ichiro's induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame and his number being retired.
I rented a car, which made it convenient for sightseeing at the stadium, Pike Place Market, and more.
I also appreciated that breakfast was included.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was shockingly rude and disrespectful from the moment we arrived . The "complimentary breakfast" was a complete joke: plain white bread and terrible coffee. No effort, no options, and definitely nothing fresh. The worst part? Our room had visible mold in the corners and around the bathroom. It smelled damp and unclean — completely unacceptable and potentially a health hazard. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away

My second stay in a couple of weeks. Great beds. Lotsa pillows. Fantastic friendly staff. Spacious clean room. Breakfast is ok. Coffee is terrific.

Our toilet handle broke first night. We assumed the staff housekeeping would see it and address it the next day. Didn't even clean the room of give us clean towels.
Carpet is old and wrinkled, and seems dingy.

Property is runned down, needs some upkeep. Some of the faucets needed to be tightened. Elevator had a large spot of peeling paint. Right next to the freeway, about 5 minutes from center of town. Walls appeared paper thin. Bed and pillow were comfotable

The hotel is super nice - but the neighborhood and the people staying there are so sketchy. I thought I was going to die in that hotel. Very LOUD nearby train ran 5 times in the middle of the night. I also had credit card fraud on the card I used at the hotel, a card that had not been used for months- charges were to a European perfume place for like $500 charged the night I stayed there. STAY AWAY.
