This far exceeded my expectations! It looked brand-new, everything was clean, fresh looking, everything worked perfectly. It was CLEAN. There was an extra sheet covering the blanket so you didn't have to touch the blanket. I've never seen this before and I thought it was a nice hygienic touch. The room was very roomy, with a couch. Very nice padded bench windowsill with a reading light. Micro, fridge, hair dryer, a desk, a sink in the room in addition to the bathroom. A nice bike trail right behind the hotel. Short drive to various restaurants and attractions. If you are a Wyndham reward member you get a nice discount rate. I saw some reviews complaining about the water pressure in the shower, and we did notice it was low, but that is nothing compared to how good the room was otherwise. I would definitely stay here again.

They quadrupled the room rate for race weekend in Dover (NASCAR weekend). Breakfast was so minimal that we chose to go to IHOP; I mean, no waffle maker, no hot food, much smaller than any other hotel. Fitness Center closed at 5pm so we couldn't use it. TV was the smallest I've seen in a hotel room since the advent of the flatscreen TV.

Great place to stay for quick stays or longer trips. Lots of stuff to do and the Dover Air Force Base is extremely close by.

Had to park in the back dark lot near a tree line. Parking lot was full of people swearing loudly and making inappropriate comments when I got there. Lobby and hallways were loud filled with obnoxious drunk people. As soon as I put my feet under the blanket I immediately started getting bit and was covered in bite marks, and to top it all off I found a crazy looking roach in my bag, which means I now have to have my house treated

We arrived late. We were greeted immediately. Front desk person was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean. There was an underground parking garage. The water pressure wasn’t great but it worked. There was a continental breakfast. Dining area was clean.

The best feature for me for this location is the walktrail directly connected in the back of the hotel it goes along the marsh and through a nice set of nature makes for a great early AM sunrise walk.

I always stay the the Microtel when I visit to participate in horseshoe crab surveys. Because these are done late at night, I need to feel safe leaving and returning well after midnight. I have always felt comfortable doing so from this hotel. The parking situation isn't great, but not bad enough for me to dock them for it.
