Don't let the ratings fool you!! First, the service. The front desk staff was indeed very welcoming and nice, even telling us how to get cheaper parking. However, their system is a mess. The room we were initially assigned was occupied! Luckily, I heard someone watching TV and talking inside at the door, so I went downstairs to tell the front desk. They said it wasn't supposed to be assigned, and that room hadn't been assigned. Then, when I asked this morning, it turned out to be a system error. It almost caused a major outage. Second, the environment. The lobby and hallways were fine, and there was 24-hour water and coffee available on the first floor. But... The room has no soundproofing. Around 7 a.m., you can't even think about sleeping. You can hear everything people do outside. The refrigerator is incredibly noisy, and even from bed, you can hear the water running upstairs. At 8 a.m., the housekeeper knocks on your door, regardless of whether you have a sign or not, or whether you've checked out. Finally, there's nothing particularly nitpicky about the room. The quilt is thin, and the sheets look like they've been washed numerous times, showing a bit of yellowing and pilling. However, overall, the cleanliness is quite acceptable, with no major issues. The staff are very nice, but as a passerby, I just want a good night's sleep. If that's you, don't choose this hotel.
