I've stayed here for many years on business. The facilities have been kept up. There are restaurants nearby. I had to leave early but the lady in charge of the breakfast nook opened early so I could get coffee and a banana to go. The service has always been good.

Alot of things wrong. Good thing my wife didn't come. Crap you want more. Hot tub didn't work. Refrigerator froze everything.. know tv schedule. And very noisy.

What a great experience! Very clean room and a absolutely comfortable bed. Also a great view. Thank you. The staf is amazing and very helpful. The pool was wonderful and was a great temperature.

Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Easy access to restaurants. Clean rooms. Reasonable price. We have stayed there multiple times and always return when going to Tri-cities.

Family friendly. Staff were friendly and showed good coworker interactions all around. Breakfast had great options. Pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. — no rinse off shower in pool area. Furniture and some fixtures outdated but worked correctly. Housekeeping could do better with overall cleaning. Our lamps/shades had not been dusted for a while. And corners had dust bunny build-ups.

The motel it self is not bad for the price. But I’m not sure what the deal is with the whole family behind the counter thing but usually when your running a hospitality business and your gonna subject your customers to the whole family friendly look I bring all my kids to work with me. Type of environment. Then maybe you should act family friendly. But I crap you not. I’m a Diamond tier member and this place treats me like I’m trying to commit fraud or something. Have some customer service learn some hospitality. And leave some kids at home or act family owned and run.

The front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a great selection of food for breakfast. Checkout was easy and the lady was very friendly.

There are beds, there’s a tv, there’s a fridge and microwave. This is a no frills location. Found staining on the bedding but for the most part, it was good enough. The shower and bathroom were clean enough for my husband and daughter to feel comfortable showering. It worked as an overnight stop during our roadtrip—not sure how I’d choose this spot for a multiple night stay.
