Stayed one night in room 204. The bedroom was ok despite a long repaired carpet tear. The bathroom was nasty including a wall repair next to the tub which did not include any attempt to match the paint color. There is a lot of mold at the bottom of the tub and the wall next to the sink has peeling paint.

Stayed for three nights. Bed was comfy, room and shower were very clean and room was quiet and we had no problem getting a good nights sleep. You can easily walk to the main part of town and about a 10-15 minute drive to Kennebunkport. Plenty of restaurants coffee shops nearby (easy walk). Tho room was clean, I feel they need to take out carpets and put wood or tile, especially since pets are allowed. We did not have breakfast there, but coffee was good and it looked more than adequate. Pool was definitely 5 star. It was clean, plenty of seating and nicely heated.

Hotel was much nicer than I had been anticipating. Room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast in the morning was your standard hotel breakfast but was unexpected so a nice surprise. Just a quick drive to Kennebunkport - loved driving through the old houses in Kennebunk too! Overall great for our overnight visit to Kennebunkport. Would recommend and visit again!

This is our third visit here, and we always choose this hotel when in Kennebunk. Even though our last day was seven years ago, our stay this year was just as great as others in the past. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, we had a slight issue with hot water that was fixed very promptly, all staff are cheerful and competent.

Another fantastic stay! Everything from the check in to the check out was exceptional! The staff is the nicest and the owner is always looking for ways to make things perfect. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be back soon!

We had a slight issue with the bathroom toilet (fail to flush) and outlets not working for charging devices— ended up going from a 2 queen room upstairs to a king room downstairs. Stayed 2 nights - beds were comfortable. Note - the pool is outside and there are no elevators. Breakfast was ok - juice machine wasn’t working, but they offered milk and orange juice in a dispenser.
It was a good stay - right in the middle of where we wanted to go sightseeing!

Great location just outside of downtown. Great value. Only issue was a inoperative toilet - but as soon as we reported this they moved us to another room.
