Swimming hall is CLOSED !
The hotel it self was OK and without any issues. But the reason we booked this hitel was for the water activities and when we checked in they informed us that the pool building is closed for renovation. There was NO INFORMATION about this before we arrived and our kids got hugely dissapointed. As compensation we got a one day entrance at a bath in the next town 25 min drive away, better then nothing but absolutly not what we had booked.

Me siento estafado
No pudimos usar el Cambomare porque estaba de mantenimiento. Tampoco pudimos usar las piscinas exteriores por la lluvia. Buffet caro y poco variedad para la cena .
He gastado mucho dinero para nada.

Hotel nicht barrierefrei. Zimmer war für mich in Ordnung und wird für die meisten Rollstuhlfahrer passen. Nur leider wollte ich die Region erleben, eine kurze Auszeit genießen und nicht nur im Zimmer sitzen. Zimmer konnte ich aufgrund der vielen vorhandenen Brandschutztüren nicht selbständig erreichen. Kein Rollstuhlparkplatz, keine automatisch öffnenden Eingangstüren und ab 23 Uhr darf sich der Rollstuhlfahrer dann nicht mehr aus dem Zimmer bewegen, denn dann gibt es keine Unterstützung für den Rückweg. Außenbereich insbesondere der Kinderspielbereich für Rollstuhlfahrer nur querfeldein erreichbar. Weg aufgrund vorhandener Bestuhlung für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht passierbar. Einmal und sicher nie mehr. Service an der Rezeption super hilfsbereit und nett. Hotel insgesamt an einigen Stellen stark renovierungsbedürftig.

Für einen Kurzurlaub übers Wochenende optimal. Schlicht aber preiswert. Das Zimmer war sauber und für die 2 Nächte, die wir dort verbracht haben, war es ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Abendbuffet hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Das kennen wir von anderen JUFA Hotels wesentlich besser. Vor allem für die Kinder gab es wenig. Was uns an diesem Hotel am besten gefallen hat: Das Spaßbad direkt nebenan ist im Preis inklusive und die DAV Kletterhalle kann vormittags auch kostenfrei genutzt werden. Das haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und einen tollen Kurzurlaub gehabt.
