Очень стильный городской отель на первой линии. Персонал очень клиентоориентированный - приехали в отель ближе к ужину, заселили за 5 минут, девушки гестрелейшен Амина и Жазира всё объяснили и показали (потом неоднократно к ним обращались - все вопросы были решены). Питание на 5 с плюсом - разнообразно, много, вкусно! Бары - выше всяких похвал. Бармены из лоббибара Mali и Gece - просто красавцы. Бассейн и горки - класс, пляж с деревянными настилами - удобный и чистый. Всё очень понравилось.

Mavi bayrakli plajindan denize girdigimizde inanin cok buyuk uzuntu yasadim. Biraz acilayim duzelir derken kirlilik anlaminda hic birseyin degismedigine sahit oldum. Odalari otel/group kategorisindeki oteller ile kalite ve temizlik anlaminda ayni standartta buldum. Bazi yemek reyonlarinda ucusan sinekler hijyen konusunda soru isareti yaratsa da lezzet anlaminda deniz urunleri haric standarti ustten yakaladiklarini soyleyebilirim. Deniz urunleri konusunda mevsimi olmamasini anlarim ancak pisirme konusunda daha iyi olabilecekleri kanaatindeyim.

We had a lovely holiday and the staff go above and beyond, always willing to help and if there is any issues they were promptly sorted out The room was always clean and added little touches to decoration with the blanket that we had brought always came back to a different creative style and they looked after my bear really well he was never shoved aside always included into the decoration Doubletree made it extra special as it was my birthday whilst here, kardelen went above and sorted out some treats for myself, the room was beautifully decorated and added extras was done for me, a cake was delivered to our room along with some wine fruit and chocolates. Definitely will be coming back in the future:)

Genel olarak iyi bir otel , her şey elinizin altında.Bir noktadan diğerine gitmek hiç zamanınızı almıyor. Denizi çok temiz ve hafif çakıllı ve hemen derinleşiyor. Detaylandırırsak aynı otelde 3 sene önce de kalmıştık ve çok memnunduk. Aynı beklentilerle gittik ancak bazı şeyler bizi üzdü. Yemek çeşidi azalmış ama yine de olan yemekler lezzetli. Alkollü içecek kalitesi düşmüş, siz söylemedikçe muadil marka koyuluyor. Daha önce bu yoktu. Akşam showları ve animasyonlar daha önce çok daha kaliteliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve iyi niyetli. Özellikle Brandon bar çalışanları Mahsum,Erdem,Gökhan’a çok teşekkür ederiz. İyi vakit geçirmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar.Mahsum’un nefis kokteylleri efsaneydi. Odamızdan çok memnun kaldık.Temizliği harikaydı. Fatma hanıma güleryüzü ve ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

I recently stayed at Double tree by Hilton and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with anything. And special thanks to assistant Akerke for her work, attentiveness and of course her politeness. She was always there to help us our heartfelt gratitude to her!

Super nice hotel. Nothing to complain about. Very nice food trucks and the pool is lovely. I would go here again in a heartbeat. When you stay at the resort, you get an assistant via whatsapp who you can reach 24/7 and ask all your questions to. Staff are super friendly. Emilia is great at helping us with all our questions.

Her bakımdan oldukça tatmin edici bir tatil oldu. Otelin genel temizliği, düzeni harikaydı. Her şey dahil konseptte olup da sürekli koşuşturma halinde olmamak, tüm imkanların birbirine yakın olması çok konforlu. Yemek çeşitliliği çok yerinde,temiz ve lezzetli. Kokteyl ve diğer içecek çeşitliliği için de aynısını söyleyebilirim. Tatil asistanlarımız Seren Can ve Kardelen’e, her gün güzel sohbeti ve harika tabaklarıyla bizlere eşlik eden Metin şefe, her gördüğünde hatırımızı soran boncuk Sultan teyzemize, bar ekibinden Hazal hanım ve arkadaşlarına ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Hiç sıkılmadan ve rahat geçirdiğimiz bir tatil oldu. Bu bölgede tekrar tatil yapacak olsak kesinlikle yeniden tercih ederiz.

Overall a positive experience. Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Resort compact and very clean Good selection of food Room was excellent (duplex) Cons: Lots of flies in the restaurant ugh! Not enough staff for the restaurant No canope for the rain Steps into the sea are stainless steel and dangerous to touch burning hot! Shows very repetitive Finally , I advise you don't buy from the shop! They refused to refund my money for a gift i bought my husband that was too small even though I had a receipt, i had to advise that i was going to complain before they refunded!

Отель шикарный! Отдыхали с семьей с 21 до 26 июня. Понравилось всё, особенно сервис и вода👍Пирс, вода просто изумительная. Персонал - респект Акерке и Малика, очень вежливые и профессионалы своего дела👍👍🫶. И на пляже Юсуф, было дело в среду на воде потерял солнцезащитные очки свои, когда плавал, очки фирменные дорогие были, думал не их не вернуть, нет нашли и вручили👍✊Огромная благодарность всем. Приедем ещё раз!!! До встречи❤️
