This is my most favourite hotel . I have been to Thailand , Cuba , Mexico , Jamaica , America and most places in Europe but I never had the first style experience that I have had at this hotel . The food is incredible for breakfast , lunch and dinner . The people who work there are beyond exceptional. The scenery is amazing !

Отличное пребывание в Хилтон- комфорт , сервис и забота! Мы остались в полном восторге от сервиса и уровня комфорта. Номер был просторным, чистым и прекрасно оборудован всем необходимым - особенно понравилось удобная кровать и качественное белье. Еда супер, есть все что нужно для желудка. Вкусная и качественная кухня. Персонал всегда приветливый , быстро обслуживают. Сотрудники департамента по работе с гостями всегда подскажут и помогут, хочу отметить девушку по имени Жазира: всегда улыбалась и подсказывала . Советуем всем посетить это волшебное место!

Not one complaint with our stay. Service was outstanding and was made to feel very special for a honeymoon and birthday. Food was great, the BBQ a la Carte is an absolute must. We took our toddler and all staff made us feel very comfortable and helpful

Super leuke bediening, ze helpen je graag. Uitgelicht Farat en Harun. Dit zijn broers die je super graag helpen, maar ook in zijn voor een gesprekje. Super fijne en leuke vakantie gehad. Het heeft een heerlijk zwembad en strand. Het was super.

Hotel is good but not exceptional and definitely not the standard of other 5* resorts we’ve visited in Turkey. Street food area is brilliant but the main Buffet lacks choice, especially for younger children. There’s a reach lack of atmosphere during the day around the pool, the pool is also freezing cold which isn’t anyone’s fault but it does factor in when other resorts offer heated pools. Staff are really good, polite and friendly and genuinely seem happy to help. Location wise it’s a good spot, a short walk to the marina and the town centre. The biggest drawback to this hotel is the amount of non English guests, most of which are incredibly rude, from queue jumping at the bar/food vendors or buffet, moving sun beds to literally 30 CM in front of you, sitting directly next to you and smoking without any consideration for others around or trying to get in the elevator before you’ve got out and that’s just listing a few. All in all these people put a dampener on things as they are rude and ignorant. Entertainment is ok at best, several shows got cancelled and replaced with alternatives which were lacklustre. In reality other than some of the other guests this was a pretty good experience but not as good as some of the others we’ve had at similar resorts.

Fantastisches All- inklusive Hotel mit klasse Staff von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Spa. Alle waren super zuvorkommend und engagiert. Wir waren dort mit der gesamten Familie und alle waren begeistert. Essen war ebenfalls fantastisch. Besonderes Highlight waren die Bungslows am Steg. Wir haben auch eine Fotosession mit dem Hotelfotografen gemacht und super Bilder mit der Familie gemacht. Einzig das Steakrestaurant war qualitativ etwas ettäuschend und zu teuer. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We hebben genoten van een meer dan geweldige vakantie. Hotel is voortreffelijk en elke dag weer een nieuwe verassingen. Het eten en drinken is goed, (voor ieder wat wills) en de cocktails in The Brandston mede door de barman !! meer dan bijzonder, service goed, kamers goed, ligbedden, zwembaden, spa en fitness netjes schoon en goed en het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Lijkt allemaal overdreven maar het is werkelijk zo. Ongelooflijk maar het bestaat !! Fam David Henckens

The hotel was great and really catered well for both children and adults. The staff were all very helpful and really great with children. A special thanks must go to Metin Yücel as the food he produced was fantastic and it was lovely to see the attention to detail he put into dish. The food trucks at lunchtime are a massive positive, it makes it really easy to find a meal that goes together as one cuisine, unlike a buffet where it can all seem a bit random! The photographer, Bayram, also captured some great photos of our little boy with the parrots, it was really nice to be able to get professional photos of the holiday from the comfort of the hotel. Our toddler was absolutely delighted but the whole experiences of getting to hold and interact with the parrots. We had a duplex room and that was perfect for us as a family with children who have different sleep needs. This hotel has set the bar very high for future family holidays and although we tend to never repeat holidays and prefer to try something new each time, we would consider returning here because it was so good.
