I have been there 3 times, and the recent one was really š”. The room is clean, front desk is so warm hearted and everything is perfect except the breakfast service. The first day breakfast is on Friday morning, the Asian girl was so nice and we are allowed to take Starbucks coffee from the fridge which included in our breakfast plan. However, on Saturday morning, the breakfast bar server was a white old lady and she said no Starbucks coffee, I said yesterday was Okay and she answered today is today! I guess she is the owner of this hotel and changed the policy over one night! Besides, she was rude because my one long hair dropped on the check desk and she said ā Your hair!ā I was shocked by her reaction! Am I polluted her check desk? ***!

At the first sight the room was clean and mind you the only reason i booked this hotel because it is rated high for there cleanliness but when we moved the sheets the bed sheet had a really tiny blood stain. The bathroom door didnāt lock. The phone didnāt work so i had to go back downstairs to the front desk to complain. I asked for another room so they gave me another room but the bathroom door was hard to close the sink wouldnāt drain but my husband fixed that. The curtains didnāt open so we had to tie them because i bought a room with a view so at this point we didnāt even complain anymore and just worked with what we got because we were tired to complain and we were just there for one night.
