Great Hotel and Location, centrally located in Keller the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and offers the amenities most people are looking for, business or personal. Pool, gym, refillable water station, breakfast with functional rooms that are clean, Breakfast should be Improved by adding few more hot items. Shopping centers are nearby with great options within walking distance. we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed for 3-4 night with no hot water !! After that moved another one and no ac workering !! I will request refund back , I will contact my Amex.

We stayed at the Hilton Hampton Inn at 200 Town Center in Keller TX and liked it. It is in the center of town, not next to any freeways, so fairly quiet, good for sleeping. Also numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance. Behind the City Hall, which is nearby there are a bunch of forested hiking trails near to Bear Creek. I saw some hawks, fish some intersesting insects and plants too.

The staff interactions were varied. Check in was very friendly. However when faced with an item that was left behind there was terrible communication with the staff. Calls were not returned, no communication between staff members.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable.

Comfortable Stay
The hotel, overall, was great! Checkin was quick and friendly. Maybe it was just our room, but immediately upon entering the room, it slightly smelled of a pet odor. Maybe my expectations are too high, but the little details stood out to me very profoundly…chipped nightstand, burnt/torn hole in the ironing board, dried “liquid” spots on the entrance floor…all added up to a lower rating from me…not to mention the room assigned to me was immediately to the right and across from the elevator! The walls also seemed a bit thin because we could hear walking/foot steps above us and sounds throughout the night…even though the overall ambiance of the facility is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was nice, although based on other reviews, I was expecting more…but was tasty and satisfying. I didn’t expect it to be so far out of the way from where we would be though. Probably for these reasons stated above, we won’t be revisiting in the foreseeable future.
