Do not stay there. We went for a night away. Have never been there. We were looking forward to using the pool and it was out of order. Would have been nice to no that . Homeless outside and employees lie! It’s not in a good location. Was lied to by manger.

Location is fantastic- a block off the historic Main st with plenty of options for food & shopping. Lobby is nicely appointed and even has a pool table. Pool was out of service (which is frustrating when you book places based on having a pool), it would have been nice to have been notified prior to check in. We'll likely visit again.

Our stay checked off most of the boxes of what we needed. Everything was clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Disappointed that the pool was closed, and in the room, the mattress was pretty old and saggy.
Overall would absolutely stay here again !

I’ve stayed here twice. Both times it was good enough and I’d likely stay there again. I stayed in their king suite with a fancier bath. The main issue is that the dresser drawers in the living area were off their tracks so didn’t close properly. Seems like a minor but visually obvious detail that a manager and staff would attend to anytime theirs a room change.

Super disappointed, drove 3 hours to this hotel only to find out it’s the only one in the area with a pool that’s shut down. We chose this hotel for the pool with our 3 kids, very very disappointed and wish they would have communicated to us sooner that this amenity was not working.

Great location in Keene. They were in the middle of renovations (pool) and re-doing pricing for their bistro and bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and quiet, the microwave was terrible in the room, and part of the shower handle fell off. Other than that, I would stay there again.

A convenient hotel located in the downtown area. Easy walking distance to plenty of entertainment spots, shopping, restaurants and breweries. The hotel is a block back from Main Street but not very far from everything. The hotel is located on the Cheshire walking trail. There's also a small market next door. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The gym had easy to use equipment w TV on the wall and treadmills. There's a Starbucks where you can get breakfast off the lobby area. A bar and pool table are there too. The pool was not open when I was staying there.
