Great location for our visit to Keene for a wedding. Clean room and bath, morning snacks are a yummy plus. Peaceful, scenic, just about right.

Cozy inn with an added restaurant open on Mondays and Tuesdays. I stayed here since it was convenient for me to access some of the ADK trails. Had a handy mini fridge and microwave plus my own bathroom so I could get up and go early without any delays. Would stay again next time I'm in the area for hiking or whatever.

We spent a long weekend at the Inn and found it to be a lovely place to stay The room was inviting and the grounds were also very nice. We loved the flower garden and the path behind us ran along the river. The bagged breakfast was a good start to our day and the rec room was appreciated on our rainy Sunday afternoon. There were several choices of places to eat a short drive away, and Stewart's gas station had lots of options for take out and also ice cream:) All in all we had a pleasant stay and would recommend staying here.

We returned to the Adirondacks after a 5 year absence and the ADKTrail Inn was our first stay. We had stayed there previously for 15 years. It is a great base camp for hiking and cycling. The rooms are rustic, not cluttered with televisions and other electronics. Watching and listening to the East Branch of the Ausable, which runs behind the cabins, was relaxing and inspiring. It is a great place to recharge, away from the hubbub of Lake Placid. The rates are reasonable, and Amy and her staff are very attentive. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Friendly and welcoming hosts and homey place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the free breakfast and being able to hear and see the river from the shared garden space. Close to many sites in the High Peaks. Hope to visit again and happy to recommend to others.

Our go-to place in the ADK's, especially in winter. Wayne and Amy are always willing to accommodate requests. Rooms - including beds and pillows - are warm and inviting. There are rooms with a kitchenette and microwaves are available in other rooms. Nice and quiet. It's a lovely little place to stay while exploring the ADKs.

We had a very good one night stay at the ADK Trail Inn. The location is great for mountain activities. Everything was clean and functional. The game room and fireplace were great. Our room had been well updated. The packaged breakfast was just right to get the day started.

Amy and Wayne were warm, welcoming hosts in this charming, cozy little B&B type of inn, nestled deep in the Adirondack woods. Our room was comfortable, plus we had access to a fireplace, where we built a fire nightly, a game room, with pool, ping pong and more, and their restaurant, which serves simple but tasty home-cooked comfort food Mondays and Tuesdays. We are skiers, and the Lake Placid complex is a mere 25 minute drive. The little hamlet of Keene has a gas station and convenience store, a mere five minutes away. Oh, one minor complaint: Our room had no closet, and it seems to me a small armoire would solve that problem. All else was stellar. What are you waiting for? Life is short! Go!!
