"Our experience was mid to say, as we didn't receive the room we expected. We booked the junior suite for balcony but our room didn't have and we didn't have an option to shift also. This could be the reason we feel this stay is mid. Apart from that room was okay , with a decent view, as expected. This is minimum expectation for the premium paid. Other than that they have a good array of amenities with spa and direct ski access area (best). Breakfast spread is good. Don't expect a relaxed stay as there is always a constant noise from road as this is primarily a ski resort. so know what to expect. Service by the staff is swift and professional."

"This is a lovely little cabin right off the main road leading into town, but it's surprisingly quiet. It has a large yard where you can park your car, and once the iron gate is closed, you have your own private space. The room itself is very spacious. Downstairs, the living room has a sofa and a sofa bed, so it can easily accommodate a few extra guests. There's a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is super convenient for making your own breakfast and doing laundry. The host is also very nice and welcoming. It's a bit of a drive to get into town, so it's perfect if you have your own car."

"Visited this hotel as part of a group tour of the Caucasus. The drive there was pretty lengthy but it was worth it. The dinner and breakfast were good. The group had a set menu at dinner but when I told them I was a veggie they didn’t hesitate to provide me with something different. The young man behind the bar spoke excellent English and was so helpful The best thing about this hotel was location location location. To wake up to the view of the mountain from your bedroom window was one of the hilights of the hotel So why only 4 stars I hear you say? The hotel lacked any atmosphere and the decor a little dull. But that view was worth 10 stars"

"Not the best of places to stay. Beautiful setting, but that is all. Evening meal consists of one course only, no dessert, and no tea or coffee. Mattresses are hard and the pillows the same. Kept awake all night by a pack of howling and barking dogs, with a horse joining in the chorus. Only one teenage boy serving at breakfast, and it was not ready at the advertised time. Milk for the coffee came 15 minutes after the coffee. Not much choice of food, and not much in amount. Outside paths and gardens are still work in progress."

"Everything was absolutely wonderful! The hosts and staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean, large, and bright, and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent, with no problems with parking. The ski lift was only about three hundred meters away, but it was uphill. But I'm 54 and over 100, so it took me about 10 minutes to get there with my ski boots and skis. I skied down. The continental breakfast was excellent; you won't leave hungry, the cottage cheese and milk were homemade, and everything was delicious. The hotel also has a café with national cuisine, and everything was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The only thing we didn't quite understand when we checked in was that it was advisable to order in advance, so we had to wait a bit. That's not the café's fault, but ours, as it's not a popular café; they only serve to order, but everything is fresh and prepared especially for you. But we had a nice time, chatting, and everything was ready for us within an hour. Since the pass was closed, we had to stay another day. Unfortunately, we couldn't extend our hotel stay as it was fully booked, but the hosts made arrangements and arranged for us to stay elsewhere. Overall, we were very satisfied, and a big thank you to the hosts. We'll be back again next time!"

"As this hotel seems to be geared mainly toward group tourists, the breakfast was exactly the same every day during my 3-night stay. I stayed in Room 150 for three nights, and I could not sleep properly because of the streetlight outside. The blackout curtains did not fully close, allowing light to enter the room as shown in the photo below. For a short stay of one or two nights, this may not be a major issue. However, for guests staying longer than two nights, I would not recommend this hotel. Other than the view, I did not feel particularly comfortable or well-rested during my stay."
