"Good morning Finally home after a great trip First time in Tbilisi and Gudauri and great choices The Marco polo hotel was an Excellent choice for our family holiday - the skiing was slightly late so we only managed two full days on the slopes but we enjoyed that and the snow is not the hotels control lol The Hotel was excellent and the staff were very very good- Facilities with the bowling Alleys pool and bars were great The tennis and paddle courts were easy to get on and lots of opportunities for excursions The catering and food was first class without being expensive and the salmon steaks were so large and well prepared- breakfast was great with many nationalities to cater for there was a lot of variety and in plentiful supply The staff were great and all worked well together- but three in particular i must name are Nini the guest relations manager who made sure our stay was fully chartered for and things were good - Lashi in the restaurant was great to interact with and was always around making our visit first class- lastly Alex in the bar he always made each visit good we interacted well and helped put things into the screen with us when required via our laptop The staff were all great - reception easy and generally the staff loved our2 year old grandson who frequently ran around the foyer but they all loved him and had smiling faces The red wines were excellent - Georgian wine is some of the best plus local food was also fantastic and of a high standard All in a very good choice for a holiday - plus the open air pool which was like a bath plus an indoor one for those less keen to be in the snow Excellent venue and thank you Guys"

Hotel Deka Gudauri

"Everything was absolutely wonderful! The hosts and staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean, large, and bright, and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent, with no problems with parking. The ski lift was only about three hundred meters away, but it was uphill. But I'm 54 and over 100, so it took me about 10 minutes to get there with my ski boots and skis. I skied down. The continental breakfast was excellent; you won't leave hungry, the cottage cheese and milk were homemade, and everything was delicious. The hotel also has a café with national cuisine, and everything was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The only thing we didn't quite understand when we checked in was that it was advisable to order in advance, so we had to wait a bit. That's not the café's fault, but ours, as it's not a popular café; they only serve to order, but everything is fresh and prepared especially for you. But we had a nice time, chatting, and everything was ready for us within an hour. Since the pass was closed, we had to stay another day. Unfortunately, we couldn't extend our hotel stay as it was fully booked, but the hosts made arrangements and arranged for us to stay elsewhere. Overall, we were very satisfied, and a big thank you to the hosts. We'll be back again next time!"

"Extremely satisfied! The room was clean with a great view of the snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was plentiful. I had an early hike planned, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they prepared a large breakfast package for me. It was beyond my expectations!"

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"It was a wonderful experience to stay in Mood Hotel in Kazbegi. Very good mountains view from the terrace of our room. The lady at the reception was very helpful even she couldn't speak English but very good. We had dinner at the hotel which she cooked for us. Very nice boutique hotel. I like the miniatures in the hotel. A nice mini library."

Gudauri - Apartment - Sleeps 4 - Pool - Parking

"Very clean! Fresh spacious apartments, photos match. I lived with a friend for a week, everything necessary for living was available - dishes, scraps, scraps, bed linen, towels. Bed comfortable, pillows of blankets and underwear with stock. The location is convenient - the Spar shop right in the house, the lift in the foot of accessibility (snowboarders - on the railway stairs down and on the way up a little to go to the hill, the skiers are better on the track bypass). On the first floor there is your own ski/snowboard storage cabinet with code lock, very convenient. The balcony has not been used - it was cold, the view from there side to mountain, straight to the barn or the garage somehow. From the downsides - the floor is cold, take the slippers, the hearing - if the neighbors are noisy, sleep normally without the berrush won't turn out, and the washing machines we didn't have enough. Even before the washing, we went far enough to throw the accumulated garbage out."
