I would like to sincerely thank Housekeeping Manager Hava Şimşek and Supervisor Santha for their outstanding work. They provide service with the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. The housekeeping team ensures that everything is always clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference in the guest experience. The professionalism and care shown by the entire team made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. I am very thankful for such excellent hospitality and highly recommend this hotel.Thank you so much for again Hava Şimşek and Santha supervisor.You are doing great job. I am also very impressed with the hotel overall — everything is amazing, from the atmosphere to the service.

Nice, super and luxurious hotel. Sumptuous food and drinks, nice and helpful personnel, the only problem is: most of the personnel don't speak English (the International language). We are most grateful for ezgi for her English knowledge, it helped us a lot( foreigners )of your country . Clean and spacious! Thank you!

I had such a great experience thanks to suphi can. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. The drinks were perfectly mixed, balanced, creative, and exactly what I wanted. What stood out most was their attention to detail and how quickly they remembered my preferences. On top of that, their energy made it more fun and inviting. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests and enjoy what they do.

Had a very bad wxperience at the beach club. We were first ti e visitors and made to feel very unwelcome. Not many british people around so I believe this could be the reason. We were being watxhed by staff the whole time ans even followed when we left the complex. We will nwver return here.

Mixed Experience – Great Management, Poor Reception Visited: March 19, 2025 Our experience at the hotel started poorly but ended on a much better note, thanks to excellent management. Upon arrival, we were initially given a room that didn’t match the advertised Superior Room standards. Unfortunately, it was far below expectations, with basic issues like a malfunctioning hot water system. After raising our concerns with management, a professional and attentive Russian manager promptly addressed the issue and provided us with a proper Superior Room, as advertised on booking platforms like TripAdvisor and ***********. I must mention the disappointing attitude from one receptionist, whose lack of professionalism added to the frustration. However, the quick and effective action by the manager turned our experience around. Despite the initial setback, we’re grateful for the manager’s care and attention, which helped make my birthday stay more pleasant. Would recommend the hotel, but management should work on training the reception team to avoid such issues in the future.
