"Excellent hotel with complete facilities. Everything looks new, as if it has been recently renovated. The staff are very friendly and provide outstanding service. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. I stayed here to go skiing at Mount Erciyes. Although the hotel shuttle service will start in early 2026, the staff kindly arranged a taxi for us. We also left our luggage at the hotel, and when we returned, they even served us tea, which was a lovely touch. 👍👍🥰🥰 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and planning to go skiing, as it is very close to Mount Erciyes."

"I stayed for just one night while passing through Kayseri. The double room was spacious and bright, with large beds and excellent mattresses that didn't sag, and a decent bathroom. The only problem is that the walls are made of cardboard, so you can hear everything from the rooms next door, including the TV set at low volume or someone talking on the phone or coughing, which happened late at night. The breakfast was very "Turkish" and not very "international," and the staff was very limited in their English."

"Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range."
