"Excellent hotel with complete facilities. Everything looks new, as if it has been recently renovated. The staff are very friendly and provide outstanding service. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. I stayed here to go skiing at Mount Erciyes. Although the hotel shuttle service will start in early 2026, the staff kindly arranged a taxi for us. We also left our luggage at the hotel, and when we returned, they even served us tea, which was a lovely touch. 👍👍🥰🥰 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and planning to go skiing, as it is very close to Mount Erciyes."

"Firstly, I would like to point out that the hotel's location is great. History tissue is great. we felt the good rooms clean as though in the house. The ceilings were high and heating problem because of history. Gas was not enough. Breakfast was great and everything was handmade and natural. If we go to Kayser again, we would like this hotel again."

"The place isn't very good. If you're going there for a vacation, I highly recommend against it. If you're just passing through, you can stop here. The spa is bad and old. The whole hotel is in disrepair. The bathroom was completely dirty. The hotel clearly needs renovation. The breakfast is bad, there's nothing to eat. Overall, it's a bad hotel for a vacation."

"We went to Erciyes for skiing as a family. We stayed in the center of Kayseri. You can reach Erciyes by car in 25 km and 25 minutes. The location of the hotel, its rooms, its building were good. The temperature of the rooms, its bathroom and its width were adequate. It was also successful in terms of cleanliness. But the breakfast was very good. Especially the soups were amazing. I think it is one of the best hotels you can stay in for its price."

"A wonderful welcome in a comfortable hotel. Ask for a room at the back if you want to be quiet. Turkish breakfast for five euros, copious and varied. The castle is one kilometer away, the souks in the immediate vicinity. Kayzeri is not at all a tourist town, and yet there are some beautiful museums to see. There are also shopping centers on the tram route to the east of the city. Be careful, little English or French is spoken there, use an online translation program available on your smartphone, and everything will be fine."

"This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea. The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area."

"Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range."

"Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours). Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry. The staff is friendly."
