Facilities: The hotel boasts a lively lobby bar and a downstairs lounge ideal for watching sports games. The architecture and history of the connected building via skywalk add to the charm, and modern elevators are appreciated for their efficiency.

Nice Hotel is a convenient location. This place is perfect for anyone attending any of the major sport team’s games or any traveling fans. Has a really nice bar setup with TVs galore. Hotel is located near the highway for easy travel but far enough away where you don’t have to worry about noise or traffic from the highway. Also very close to the StreetCars (trolly) which take you up and down Main Street so very little need for a car to explore. Staff was amazing and nice and the room was very clean. Also very quick elevators. Will 100% be the hotel I use in the future.

I stayed at the Sheraton Crown Center and had a disappointing experience that doesn’t match what I expect from a Marriott property. The room we were assigned had no heat, and temperatures were in the 40s that night. I called guest services several times and was told someone was on the way, but no one ever arrived. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked for the hotel manager. I was told there was no manager or office, only a “Day Manager.” She showed no empathy and offered no apology, but said she would send someone right away. Several hours passed before anyone came. The technician opened the air system panel and found the hot water valve had been shut off. He turned it back on and fixed the issue in minutes. No one followed up afterward to confirm the problem was resolved. Service across the hotel felt indifferent. Staff were not service oriented, and I was surprised this was a Marriott property. I also asked the front desk to print a one-page document and was told they would not do that. For a hotel that promotes itself as a business hotel, this was unexpected. The rooms have some updates, but the fixtures, air systems, and bathrooms need renovation. The bathrooms still have old tubs instead of modern showers. There is also a busy and noisy train line about a block away that ran through the night and made it hard to sleep. Based on this stay, I cannot recommend this hotel. It felt overpriced for the service and experience provided.
