Hale and Astrid were phenomenal! From their welcoming tone to their going above and beyond to help accommodate me with storage of food and assisting me when I forgot my key card. They were always smiling and approachable. Their customer service made my stay! People like them truly elevate a brand/product and are what bring back customers!

We wanted a nice place to land in the plaza while in town for an evening. The room was a bit small but it was clean, bed was comfortable and we were steps from the shopping at the plaza. This checked all the boxes for us. We’d stay here again.

One Night Family Stay
Great location next to many shops and restaurants, extremely clean and well maintained, Customer service was top notch, and the coffee shop in the lobby was delicious!

Absolutely Phenomenal Property. Staff is very friendly and willing to help at any time. I’ve stayed here multiple times driving from TX to IL, and have been greeted by the front desk staff by first name when walking in, even after months between stays. Rooms are always perfect clean, and the building is always well maintained. This property truly earns the Tribute Portfolio position.

It took 10 minutes to get hot water. I showered in lukewarm water several times
Staff was wonderful and bartender, Kevin Kraft was very good and personable.

Gorgeous property with great location. Easy walk to lots of great restaurants! Very clean. Even the ice & water machine exceeded anything I have ever seen in ANY hotel ever! I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

I loved the location to the plaza. Clean and new. Downside, the rooms are small and drinks are 💲 The beds are comfortable, pillows fantastic. I would stay again.
