"Very disappointing experience. During my stay I encountered repeated maintenance issues. In the first apartment (advertised as “luxury”), there was a recurring bathroom leak. After showering, water continued leaking near the door frame for 20–30 minutes, creating a clear slip hazard. The heating in that apartment was excessively hot. I was moved to a second apartment, which was of noticeably lower standard and missing appliances included in the original listing, such as a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The kitchen was smaller and less functional. In this apartment, I was cold at night. Maintenance came twice to adjust the heating and were polite and professional, but the temperature remained unstable. I did not touch the boiler controls at any point. The location is not central, so if you are visiting Kaunas, I would strongly recommend staying in the actual town centre. While the maintenance team were helpful, communication with the host, Arvydas, was extremely disappointing. Concerns about the leak, missing appliances, and overall value were not properly acknowledged. During my stay, I fractured my arm and informed the host that I was in the emergency room. I was still told that I needed to remove my luggage immediately or incur an additional charge. Given the medical circumstances, this felt unnecessarily rigid and lacking in basic empathy. Overall, the apartments appear poorly maintained, and responsibility for ongoing issues is not taken. I would not stay here again."
