It was very nice experience at Holiday inn katra when i was arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was very easy. my room was neat and clean, A special thank you to Rohit/ vikas for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Katra and was thoroughly impressed by the amazing service and warm hospitality throughout my visit. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff here are incredibly well-mannered and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to Nikita, whose professionalism and helpful attitude truly stood out. She made sure all our needs were met with a smile. On top of the excellent service, the food was also very good, offering a great variety of tasty options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katra and look forward to staying here again!
