Nice hostel vibe was good good staff location is near river side nice experience for bachelors and couples

Service is so slow. No management. Only single staff in this hotel. Our check in time is 11 but they gave us room at 2:00

2 days there was no electricity in the hostel. We were unable to charge our devices. No room cleaning and also requested for extra towel but no response from the hotel. Not recommended there are many better places to stay

One of the horrible experience i faced while staying at this property. No electricity, no facility. Wastage of money

I had a really bad experience at this hostel. I booked a 5-bed dorm for 2 nights, and even though I wasn’t expecting much because it’s cheap, the service was worse than a **********. When we arrived, the two staff members at the reception took hours to get our room ready, so we were stuck waiting outside. Thankfully, there was a pool table and foosball, which helped kill time. The room itself was fine—bunk beds, charging ports near each bed, and lockers for small backpacks. The first night was normal, no issues. The next day, we packed our stuff in the lockers and took the keys because we didn’t feel safe leaving things out. After a day in Tosh, we came back to find our room locked from the outside. It took them a while to open it, and when they did, we found other people’s suitcases and belongings all over the beds. Turns out, the staff assumed we had checked out because “the room looked too clean” and gave it away without even checking their records. They couldn’t assign us another room, so we were left stranded. The whole place was a mess—completely unorganized, and the staff seemed too out of it to care. There wasn’t even basic stuff like soap in the washrooms. If you don’t want your belongings stolen or to deal with clueless staff, avoid this place. It’s not worth it.

The hotel stay was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy reach of major attractions and public transportation. While the food at the restaurant was good, it could have been more varied. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
