very bad experience. it was third time stay, I won’t come back again.
still it has a nice view, but all others are getting worst. I had to call supervisor or manager to complain every single day regarding staffs unkindness and how they are un professional. such a very shame that Mora’s standard is getting worst. Certainly it is not a 5 stars standard.

1/ The front desk had a bad attitude and no sense of service. The sea view room I booked was arranged on the first floor with no view. The communication with the front desk was fruitless and I encountered a strong argument. They claimed that the price of this room type was the same as the one I booked. When the sun shines through the gap, it is possible to see a "first-line" view. After complaining by email in the middle of the night, I was able to upgrade to a new room the next day. When I checked in, there was no need for briefing except throwing a room card. I even downloaded the hotel service app from XHS and didn't know what number to dial to call the front desk!
2/ The hotel does not have hotel limo. If you need to travel, you need to find a taxi by yourself.
3/ The hotel has 4 restaurants, but the barbecue and Asian restaurants cannot be booked using the hotel app. I can only ask the customer relationship manager for help to book them.
The good aspects are as follows:
1/ The hotel is in a unique location with a beautiful beach.
2/ The hotel implements an all-inclusive price. The food in each restaurant is rich, the product is good, the service attitude is good, and the bar and dessert house are also very convenient. The restaurant's business hours are also reasonably arranged.
