It was my first time staying at an all inclusive hotel and i loved it. The hotel is huge and there is a lot to do in the hotel. I stayed at the beachfront room so I had the best views and the best room in the hotel. The staff was amazing and the food was even better.

Hotel: Beautiful views and nice arquitecture.
On our last day they let us do a free late check out and have dinner and stay at the hotel till 11pm which really shows that the hotel care about their guests.
Food: The food is good. The cliff restaurant is very nice and with good dishes. Buffet is quite diverse and you have the BBQ night which is awesome. Something to improve: desserts.
Service: All the staff is very nice and friendly.
Pools: You have 3/4 different pools with 2 bars which is great to order some drinks.
Room: big rooms and very spacious. Bed sheets, towels and matress are quite old. They need to be changed.
Gym: Needs an improvement. To close it and are some fan/air conditioner. They should add some running and bike equipment.
Beach: Beautiful beach with super crystal water. Something bad is the local people that wants to sell everything at all time. But I guess that is something normal in all Zanzibar.

物有所值，房間很大，可以住三個人，適合一家三口。兩個陽台，酒店泳池很多很大，風景巨好看。説是酒水全包，但實際上免費的酒和飲料相對較少。自助餐是中規中矩那種，沒有很驚艷的感覺。中國人相對較少，我就遇到了一個。員工服務態度都很好，很熱情很友善。酒店不提供涼拖，需要自帶，酒店裡麪的超市東西不划算，建議自己帶齊所有設備。如果是度假的話，就一直在這裏待上一週都沒問題。強烈推薦。

Beautiful zanzibar we couldn't find any thing negative to day about this hotel the staff are so helpful and friendly very clean the food in both restaurants was excellent the gardens are loving kept ..when we arrive we we're meet by Vivian on reception very helpful also Alex...there is one lady who was very kind to us in the restaurants zainao nothing was to much trouble the staff that look after you on the beach we're great fun had lots of chatts again bar staff great

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days following our safari experience. The resort itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The beach is stunning, although fairly busy. The food was great, there was always plenty of options to satisfy our tastes. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was plenty of entertainment and activities offered throughout the day and evening. We had an ocean view suite which was spacious and pretty. We go to bed quite early and found it can be loud on the resort later than we’d like. Overall, we had a great experience. The resort is perfect for an all-inclusive relaxing experience, as long as you don’t expect an authentic experience of Zanzibar culture. It feels very similar to/interchangeable with the nicer resorts we’ve stayed at in the Caribbean. There’s nothing wrong with that as long as that suits you.
