Отель не решает проблемы, не признает ответственности, и обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего Я столкнулась с несколькими серьезными проблемами в этом отеле, которые остались без решения. Кража денег из номера. После того как в моем номере убрали, я обнаружила, что $500 исчезли из кошелька в сейфе . Отель отказался признать свою ответственность, несмотря на то, что сейф был поврежден и не закрывался должным образом, а уборка проходила, пока сейф не был отремонтирован. Обратилась к администрации, но они не предложили решения и отказались взять на себя ответственность. Это абсолютно неприемлемо для отеля такого уровня. Шум от кондиционеров. В номере ужасный шум от кондиционеров, который можно сравнить с работой трактора или генератора. Это делает невозможным нормальный сон, особенно ночью. Это не просто неудобство, а настоящая проблема для гостей. Завтрак. Завтрак, если успеешь, - это шведский стол, но обслуживание ужасное. За два часа до конца завтрака уже нет многих позиций, и сотрудники не стараются подносить еду. Если не успеешь вовремя, остаешься без выбора. В итоге, я крайне разочарована этим отелем и не могу рекомендовать его другим путешественникам. Низкий уровень сервиса, отсутствие ответственности и явные проблемы с качеством номеров делают пребывание здесь крайне неприятным. Самая главная проблема, что если у вас украдут деньги или ценные вещи ответственность отель не несет!

В январе 2025 года, была на Занзибаре. Выбрала отель Sun Sea Bar. Первый раз за мою историю путешествий – уезжала со слезами на глазах (от того, что отпуск подошел к концу). Отелем осталась довольна. Номер в хорошем состоянии, есть все необходимое. Важный момент, так как на острове проблемы с электричеством –наличие генератора в этом отеле большое преимущество. Персонал улыбчивый и вежливый. Шезлонгов на пляже вполне достаточно. Рядом с отелем бухта (для любителей спокойной воды), немного пройтись и океан в самом прекрасном своем виде (лазурная и теплая вода). Отливы сравнительно небольшие. Также на пляже есть ресторан ( вкусно и доступно). Завтраки на 4 этаже с прекрасным видом на Индийский 🌊 Процветания и успехов отелю Sun Sea Bar.

Located on a stunning white beach with fishermen's boats outside the hotel, this hotel is a great place to plan your holiday exploring beautiful Zanzibar. An ample breakfast offers a stunning view from the rooftop straight over the whole beach area. There is a lovely lounging in the sun garden that runs straight onto the beach. There is a swimming pool with a coconut tree growing in the middle of it and the outside restaurant expands onto the beach with lovely on the sand dining. I drew the short straw and ended up in a room on the ground floor looking into an inner stairwell. So avoid the room called "Ukrain." Boat trips pick you up from the beach in front of the hotel. Sunsets on this beach are the best I have seen anywhere in the world with an incredible shadow of colours breaking up across the sky from mainland mountain peaks that look like the aurora borealis. There is such a lot of life on this beach in the evening with muscle men pumping up their bodies, jet skis and disco boats dancing around the bay with sundowners. The water is warm clear and perfect for enjoying the best evenings I have had on a beach anywhere.

Staff gentile e disponibile, stanze poco curate e sporche, bisogna chiedere alla reception di pulire la camera sennò non viene pulita, colazione scarsa con api, ristorante sulla spiaggia buono, spiaggia accogliente e mare sempre pulito, si verifica poco la bassa e alta marea, ottima posizione.

The worst accommodation I’ve ever had. Cockroaches, dirt, a smell of sewage and garbage, noise so loud you couldn’t sleep, the shower didn’t work, and we had to wash under the tap. The door wouldn’t lock without a key, the breakfast was dirty and disappointing. They charged us the city tax for the entire vacation even though we told them we didn’t want to pay it all because we were planning to find another place to stay. They refuse to give us our money back or fix the situation, so we had to spend extra money on a new accommodation. We stood in KENYA room.

Terrible Experience Please Avoid!! Where to start. * Well everything start with the lack of management. The General Manager Ciara has NO people skills from horrific treatment of guest to bad treatment of the staff. She does not care and has NO interest towards accommodating guest. From dirty rooms to NO servicing of Rooms. You will find her always looking unhappy behind her laptop NO Greeting not even a smile and this bad attitude then unfortunately runs down to her staff. * Basin plug works with Isolation tape to open, 4 of the 5 days not hot water, Air-cons in most rooms do not work and Rooms smell mouldy. * Asked for cushions 4 times at reception had to sleep 1st night without any. Next morning had to go to General Manager to tell her where we were informed that she will need to check if they have extra. Even had to go back to fetch after she finally found some decent ones. * Towels even bigger issue, old dirty rundown. * Breakfast was terrible we tried twice but after 9am nothing are filled up and you will have to take the Scraps (looked like previous days left overs) * New Years no information given not even the staff knew. We celebrated at next door hotel. Best service best General Manager attentive and so accommodating. (Definitely not at SunSea bar)

Great hotel. Super staff. Nice breakfast. Staff are welcome. Mr Ahmed and managers are doing a great job. Will definitely come back again. Nice pool , good sea view. Ac working. Showers too. Everything felt great. Not far away from Kendwa rocks.

Most of the reviews are fake even a taxi driver has review both hotels. breakfast was the worst I have ever had. the rooms are falling apart. only 1 water was given on the 1 day . The best bit was the beach and the food that you pay for ,,,PS THE OWNER IS THE ONE SITTING ON THE TABLE ON THE BEACH LOOKING AT ALL THE GIRLS
