Just perfect, you won’t regret it. Little piece of paradise. Other beach areas belonging to the hotels nearby were lacking, Aquarius’ beach was the best one.

This hotel is very cost-effective, with a beautiful sea view, good service attitude of hotel staff, clean rooms, and breakfast can be eaten next to the beach.

October 2024. Small suite with a view. The hotel is small, the territory is very green. Clean. Its own beach area: a platform with 2 descents, a pontoon in the sea - convenient for diving. Restaurant - on the beach: breakfasts, dinners by the sea - it's magical! Breakfast - buffet: the set is not big, but exclusively what everyone eats for breakfast: omelet, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives, herbs, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Everything is delicious. The waiters rustle. There is no feeling of a canteen. All day you can order food from the menu (in Russian). The prices are not much higher than Porridge, but the portions are huge - you can safely have one for two. But the best thing is the beach area !!! Beach towels are given out in any quantity. You don't want to leave! In October, the sea is warm, there are not many people, but not empty either. Comfortable. The service is felt - the staff is courteous. You can get to Porridge by minibus from the main road. I highly recommend the hotel!

We would like to thank the hotel and the staff for a wonderful three days in your hotel! A holiday for couples and those who love privacy. Ideal location in a quiet bay with a private beach within walking distance. The rooms in the hotel are not the latest in design, but they are clean and cleaned daily. The beach is equipped with umbrellas with sun loungers, and there is also a cool veranda, where you can hide from the sun and have a wonderful day at the sea. In the evening, the beach turns into a restaurant, if you want variety, you can take a taxi to the center of Kas (it's 15 minutes).

Personel ilgiliydi, Denizi güzeldi. Oda temiz ve hijyenikti. Sosyal aktivite eksikliği var. Başka bir olumsuz durum yok.

我們在平台定的海景房，但是要站在陽台的側邊才能看到海景，找前台的工作人員換房間，看我們是外國人，説沒有房間了，後來另外一個工作人員看不下去了才給我們換了房間

Super location, ridiculous ordering system We had good food and great location and reasonable price but it took ages to order as they try and insist on using QR digital ordering system and have no written menu’s. We did not take our mobile phones with us and it was a very painful ordering experience A triumph of digital systems over common sense -such a shame and it will put people off..

We have just come back from a lovely week at the hotel. The room was clean with plenty of storage and a fabulous view from our balcony. The bathroom was quite snug but that wasn't a problem and they provided not only shower gel and shampoo but also conditioner - a first. The restaurant had lots of fresh options for breakfast. Options for lunches and dinners were varied from salads to meats and fish. The beach area is fabulous with lots of shade provided and the most wonderful swimming in the sea. There are quite a number of steps from the hotel to the restaurant/beach but this didn't put us off and we will come back next year. All the staff were very friendly had helpful - I would highly recommend staying there.

Just look how they deal with complaints - Aquarius physically threatened me. Next time I will stay at Kas, I'm going to visit police about their threats. I complained about very loud music at the beach - at 5pm a DJ came to the small secluded bay and started to play music you expect to hear at night club (bum-bum-bum). I felt lazy to go to the reception and decided to write to them about my displeasure. Take a look what they answered in a screenshot... Are you sure you want to stay at a hotel where they smile at you at the reception and in case something goes wrong they are capable of everything?

Older small rooms, tiny bath, tiny shower. No elevator so one goes up three stories to the first of three floors Whew!! Beds are stiff and just passable. Music heard from next door. It’s almost the farthest from town. 600 meters. Young man luggage assistant helps. Has small clean pool deep at one end restaurant & bar

This is a very pleasant, small hotel in a beautiful location. Primary plus points: The terraces by the sea and the beach bar are nice, with good sun bed furniture. The bar serves decent drinks and is not too pricey. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is OK and certainly good for a lunch. The breakfasts are good. Overall it is clean and decently equipped. Small issues can annoy - like not replacing used coffee sachets in the room etc. The biggest issue for me was that the beach/terrace/restaurant area have to be accessed by a lot of steps/hills. This is generally OK for most people but anybody with disabilities, or the elderly etc will have a real problem with it. The pool, which is nice, is up at the top near the hotel itself and is never used because the bar they have there is closed. The sea around the terrace is beautiful but I sometimes like to be around a pool. There are no facilities there. The hotel needs to be clearer about this aspect of the hotel. With various knee and back injuries, I dreaded the end of day return to the room which isn't terribly relaxing. All in all a nice hotel in a great location.
