Caught a bed bug. Poorly maintained. Typical of small town hotels.

We love the hospitality of the people in the hotel. They are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean with all basic amneties.The breakfast spread is quite good.

A sweet old school hotel. Great location with excellent service from the front desk to the upstairs breakfast area. A welcoming lobby where tea is offered at any time along with a welcoming smile. It was perfect for my 2 night stay in Kars

The bed was spacious and clean, and I slept well. The mosque is nearby, so you are woken up by the sounds of prayer early in the morning. The room was clean enough. The breakfast was also delicious.

The room is not big, but clean, everything you need is there, a kettle, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, a TV, although we didn't use it because we don't know the language. At the reception, without knowing the language, we checked in quite quickly and clearly, the staff is polite, they explained everything with gestures. Plus to the place - there is a Zirat Bank nearby, very convenient.
