We love the hospitality of the people in the hotel. They are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean with all basic amneties.The breakfast spread is quite good.

A sweet old school hotel. Great location with excellent service from the front desk to the upstairs breakfast area. A welcoming lobby where tea is offered at any time along with a welcoming smile. It was perfect for my 2 night stay in Kars

Wifi is detectable in the room but not acceptable at all. Had to connect in the lobby only. If you depend highly on hotel wifi from your room please check carefully with the hotel otherwise I don't recommend this for your stay. Other than that is okay.

The location is excellent, the reception is cooperative, helpful and cheerful, and it is close to services and historical sites. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and furnished. The hotel needs to change the furniture.
