The Price for room Is ok, people on reception very pro And nice, breakfast great, swimming pools perfect but...just 2 pillows And 2 blankets for 4 people. No cleaning service for 5 stars hotel but we were in appartment So there Is mayby different service. But the disaster Is restaurants ala cart. In Italy restaurant they bring main food And soups after without spoons And in main restaurant we had a digestive problems after dinner. So it Is not bad but it Is 3 stars service. But swimming Area And surrounding Is very nice. We read the reviews of different Hotels in the Area And it looks this Is the best one here:-) it Will be great to improve the service And food ala cart.

It's not a 5 star hotel. It's too expensive for what it is offering. The only positive thing was a breakfast. The rest is so so. Because of the many cars parked in front of the buildings seem very chaotic, the apartment was very basic, the area outside the hotel also.

NOT service as a 5 star Hotel . Menu in green restaurant is not same as on home page , and we had to leave without ordering food , since waitress did not speak any English. It should state on web site that hotel only welcome’s polish families with children . Not any nice place to be - for any other guest - breakfast buffet, pool , lobby bar and restaurant all has the atmosphere of a child care facility.

We made last minute booking at the Green Mountain Hotel after being massively let down by another place in Karpacz. From the very first minute we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. Nothing was too much of a trouble. All the staff we came across were willing to go an extra mile to make your stay memorable. Our apartament was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a nice bonus having our own sauna in the bathroom. The spa facilities were well designed and very relaxing. Only the pool area was getting quite busy at times with families with children. Breakfast was very varied and catered for all tastes. It was well managed, so we never had to wait for a table. Food at the restaurant as well as the bar was absolutely outstanding! The best chicken Caesar ever and steak tartare! Just divine. For the nature lovers there a few hiking trails around the hotel, which are nothing short of spectacular. In spite of not being fan of big resorts, staying at one of the apartments still felt cosy and intimate.

We were here for 5 nights and had quite an enjoyable stay with a very nice room with a balcony and a Sniezka mountain view. The location on the outskirts of town had the advantage of being close to some of the main walking trails but the disadvantage of no easy access into town. The Hotel is extremely family orientated (Atleast this time of year) which is a bit problematical as there is only one bar and two restaurants which is not enough for an establishment of this size. The existing bar and restaurants also lack much ambience. The facilities are stretched and while good, the two breakfast sittings were extremely busy. When we opted for a la carte in the evening the menu was very limited and just designated tables in the main buffet restaurant with near zero ambience. The Italian is not a lot better and is basically a big cafeteria. What this hotel desperately needs is two or three bars including something like a roof bar/restaurant which takes advantage of its wonderful position and is preferably child free. The lack of this kind of facility or a proper a la carte restaurant ( apart from the Italian) lets this hotel down. We found ourselves having to go out of the Hotel every evening as there were such limited options within the Hotel, much to our disappointment. Although a nice Hotel it is plainly not 5 star for many reasons. Incidentally we noted there was no hand cream provided in the rooms and the existing toiletries were not replenished unless specifically requested. We found ourselves having to go out in the evening as there was very little to keep us there in one bar or restaurant usually over-run with children. We hope management read these reviews and takes them as constructive feedback because the Hotel is good but could be so much better.

To reiterate what some of the previous reviewers have noted, this is definitely not a 5* hotel, neither by international nor Polish measures. I’d rate it maybe as a strong 3* / weak 4*. Where I think this hotel falls short of most is in customer service. Pros: - The location is in a pleasant secluded area, right next to the starting point of a popular hiking trail up to the Sniezka hill. - Breakfast buffet had a decent selection for a continental breakfast. Due to overcrowding, they split breakfast into two slots and you have to tell them which once you’ll be taking in advance. Cons: - I stayed in the two-story suite. While the room was clean, the quality of furniture and interior design seemed Ibis-style cheap (comparing it to what I would have expected at a supposedly 5* hotel). The king size bed was pretty comfortable, though. - Housekeeping service did not replace toiletries even once during a three-night stay. I believe they also did not replenish the two complimentary water bottles. - Room service never took my calls, despite attempts to reach them several times. - They host live shows for children in the main lobby which was always very loud and crowded. In general, the hotel seems to cater primarily to families with young children, so be aware if you don’t fit into this demographic. - Similarly, room sound insulation is not that great. I was woken up by sounds of children sprinting through the hallways. - At check-in they give you a little piece of paper that you can apparently exchange for a towel at their pool. When I was leaving on the last day, I simply left this sheet of paper in the room. Upon check-out, I was harassed by the clerk who demanded that I return it to them. I told him it’s been left in the room, and instead of simply acknowledging this as a fact and having somebody collect it later, he threatened to charge me with a PLN 100 penalty for having lost it, or else demanded I bring it to him. I was never informed about the urgency of having to return a little piece of paper they give you at check-in along with the hotel keys and other brochures; neither did I ever consent to secure it with a cash deposit / penalty (apparently, it says so in fine print on the card). Also, is it really wise to threaten your guests with cash penalties when they tell you they don’t have the towel card on them but, instead, it’s been left in the room? Is the default assumption you’re there to steal a pool towel when you’re paying PLN 900 a night? I later spoke with the hotel manager who confirmed this is indeed their approach, so the issue is systematic. I found this situation very problematic, both from a customer service and honest dealing perspective. Seems to me this is how the hotel makes extra income, by charging guests for lost towel cards. - Same clerk at first requested I pay triple what my bill really was (without showing me the bill). When I made him check, he walked it back and presented me with the actual bill.

We had a wonderful stay at the Green Mountain hotel recently. Room was a great size for 2 adults and a cot. Delicious buffet breakfast with prosecco if you wanted! Close-by to the town, although a big hill if walking back!! Very easy access for mountain walks, straight out the back of the hotel we joined the path to walk up to Snezka! Local italian restaurant did great pizzas for our first night. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming complex with a play area for children! We felt very relaxed after our 3 day stay, could have stayed for much longer! Thank you Green Mountain!

UWAGA PRZECZYTAJ ZANIM WYBIERZESZ TEN HOTEL!!!! Wszystko tłuste, słone i ciężkie.

A great place to relax, both with family and a group of friends. Rooms nice, cool soundproofed, maintained to a high standard, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Rich, varied breakfasts, ideal even for the most demanding ones. Live music in the lobby lots of attractions and a nice pool area. You can list for a long time, but it's best to experience it yourself ;-) I recommend it. picky guy ;-)

Everything in Green Mountain was perfect and beyond our expectations. We had a room in apartment number 8 away from the main building and had a nice view of the forest, the room was very spacious, modern and clean. We only had 2 toilet paper rolls for our 3 day stay and there was no room service, no fresh towels every day or cleaning but that was not a problem for us but it might be for someone else. The food was so delicious, we had buffet breakfast and dinner and there were lots to choose from, desserts were a cherry on top. What really surprised us was how empty the wellness and spa were! The temperature of the water in the pools was very warm which we loved and we got fresh towels and bathrobes as we walked in, there are also lockers so if you're not staying in the main building and have to walk the distance to the wellness in the cold, it's no problem to leave your shoes and jackets/coats in the changing room. The wellness and saunas were just excellent and relaxing. There was a little problem with communication as the staff doesn't speak very good English but they try their best to understand Czech. We loved our stay and are planning on returning. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Family stay with family from December 23 to December 27, 2022, and it was supposed to be so pleasant, relaxing and comfortable. Renting a 'classic two-level' room. The hotel was not even next to ***, I don't know who assigned ***** to this facility, but he made a big mistake because the swimming pool and the poor quality of the spa did not raise the hotel's standards. No basics in the room, unfortunately instead of a bed we got a broken sofa, probably from IKEA, pillows like Russian tanks, lights on the lower level replaced by a long night lamp, TV on the bed level, irregular cleaning of the room, empty fridge. From the conversation with the staff, it appears that the staff has the same room equipment for which the hotel requires payment from its clients (and this is not a small price). It turns out that the daily number of complaints is about 200. The bar is not prepared in terms of space in relation to the number of hotel guests. , insufficient number of seats and tables. Very chaotic atmosphere. Unhygienic saunas, with urinary smell, cold water in the pool. The food was transferred from plate to plate, frozen vegetables, and the dishes were modified to give the impression that they were a different dish, with additional sauce or breading on the fish from the previous days. I think that the reception could learn a lot from the bartenders, especially Mrs. Agnieszka (manager), who is haughty, unprofessional and misleading to the customer. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from anyone who told me 'I checked you and what do you do'... No parking space available. The price of the stay is approximately £10,000.00. I recommend that you seriously consider your choice before you press 'book'!!!!!!

A hotel at the "end of the world" (actually Karpacz) - it's difficult to find without navigation, but that's also an advantage. Large, with a large parking lot. Classified as 5*, but in my opinion a good 4*. The hotel is large and you have to walk a bit to get to some places - which means that it is neither cozy nor intimate. Clean and nice. The reception desk is located to the right of the entrance (a few meters), which means that when employees want to say "good morning" to guests, they have to raise their voices significantly. No space at the reception desk for people waiting, e.g. for other guests (two tiny tables at the bar - quite far from the reception desk). The rooms are clean and nicely arranged. Good conference facilities and friendly technical service. Tasty cuisine. Overall - very positive.

We stayed in the hotel part for a week. The hotel is large (several independent buildings), with a view of Śnieżka, but it does not deserve 5 stars. Overall, the trip was a success, but that was because we spent most of our time outside the facility every day. Advantages: - mainly mountain hiking with Mr. Marek and Barry (great idea, great guide, my son was very happy and so were we) - rich breakfasts (large selection, fresh and tasty products, large selection of vegetables and fruits, good coffee) - very rich program of activities for children - large room - proximity to mountain trails - spa and swimming pools Ok, but only in the morning, when there are not many guests - in most cases, very helpful and nice staff Cons: - the hotel has very poorly planned parking lots - we were in the high season and unfortunately there are cars EVERYWHERE. Cars are parked one meter from the windows, almost every room has a view of the parking lot, cars drive by all the time, there are no sidewalks - I felt like I was spending time in a large parking lot, not in a hotel boasting its proximity to nature. - complete lack of external common space where you can sit with a coffee or a book and enjoy the view of the mountains (there is a view of cars everywhere, the only place without a view of the parking lot was near the dining room, but it overlooks a lawn with an inflatable for children and a wire fence). When I asked if there was a place where I could sit in peace and not have a view of the parking lot, the lady at the reception said there was no such place. - the outdoor pool does not match the photos in the offer - in fact it is a small space surrounded by a straw mesh that separates the pool from the street and parking lot; it does not encourage rest at all - the lobby - very small for the number of guests, there is a reception, a bar and a place for concerts. At the same time, the lobby is also the main route to the swimming pool and to the hotel exit, so there was always crowds and noise. It was difficult to rest and listen to the concert in peace. Due to the mentioned disadvantages, I even wanted to change the hotel, because I had different expectations up to 5*, but we could not find accommodation in the area on the date itself (peak season). If the weather was bad and we had to spend most of the day in a hotel, it would be a difficult experience :) However, if you are looking for a place with a good room and plan to spend the whole day on the trail, it's ok. Maybe it's different in the off-season.

Response from Property: Dear Ms. Emilia, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are glad that you are satisfied with the mountain hikes with Marek and Barry, breakfasts, animation for children, the room, our location and service. We are sorry that we did not meet your requirements regarding the outdoor space, outdoor pool and lobby bar. All your comments have been forwarded to the appropriate department in order to improve the quality of our services. We hope that despite everything we will get another chance and we will be able to host you in our hotel again.

very good hotel, friendly staff, tasty food, everyone who relaxes will definitely find something for themselves. Quite far from the center, but it has its advantages :) beautiful views of the forests near the national park trails. The outdoor swimming pool was definitely too small and was mainly used by children during our stay, no towels - when asked about towels, the gentleman replied that he was waiting for them too... My only comment is the lack of a hairdryer in the hotel room, I think a 5* hotel should provide such equipment. To sum up, I recommend this place, fresh air and excellent quality of services.
