"This was a great experience overall. The location was perfect for a 1 night stop over, close to the station buy also close to the centre of town. The staff were great and the dinner included exceeded expectations. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Only thing that detracted slightly was the rooms are not all that soundproof so could hear the low volume noise of the TV next door. But it was not too much of an issue. Would recommend to give it a go."

"A good enough place to pass by the city. The room, shared toilet, and common kitchen were clean enough. The facilities were good enough, although the WiFi wasn't so good, the location wasn't so strategic (a bit far from amenities), and there was an extra fee for bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels. Friendly receptionist. We will stay there again if we visit Karlstad in the future, and we recommend others to do the same."

"Nothing to do here, just a room with okay standard. The bed is a 3 of 5. Breakfast are a 5 of 5 with nice stuff. You can see the ice hockey rink when you have breakfast and you feel the coldness from the ice."
