We loved staying here, the historic hotel is really beautiful, staff was super nice and cordial, the location in enchanting Karlovy Vary perfect and we also really enjoyed the spa area. The breakfast buffet was also great, varied and well suited for vegetarians! Perfect for a relaxing getaway from Berlin ✨ Diky moc!

Carlsbad Plaza in Karlovy Vary is The worse hotel management from front desk manager which she claimed that she is duty manager speaking in rude language and offering worse small rooms without views for online booing clients with Expedia’s and the hotel is old with lazy staff and poor breakfast, I would rate it 3 stars Max and never recommend to my friends and clients to stay in this hotel, not worth the money you spend at all

The hotel was very filthy. We changed rooms because of how dirty it was. No amenities were included. The photos don’t look like what it is in real life. Don’t be fooled. Stay elsewhere.

Worst hotel stay in Carlovy Vary based on my bad expedience and poor customer service of front desk manager with small rooms without any views and old furniture and lazy staff

It's a great hotel close to Hotel Pupp which is where we stayed before (but it's a 2 night minimum on the weekend). They had someone welcome us and help with our luggage. They had Welcome fruit in our room. Hotel is very fancy with a beautiful chandelier. We walked uptown so within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good with American and Euro choices. They fly country flags out front and it was great to see our USA flag amongst them.

Great value and superb service.
My wife and I had a fantastic time. I recommend that people considering a stay at the Hotel Pupp think about staying at this hotel instead.
