에어컨이 없다는 단점이있지만 문열어놓고 자면 시원했어요(8월중순) 광장앞이라 시끄럽지만 뷰는 너무 예뻐요 유일하게 슬리퍼도 주는 숙소라서 좋네요!

Very good.
I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Klar, es ist ein Kurort, aber so viel Klinikatmosphäre hatte ich nicht erwartet. Unter einem Spa- und Wellnesshotel verstehe ich etwas mit großem Pool, mehreren Saunen, Massagen, dem Duft nach edlen Kerzen. Etwas mehr Design. Hier fühlte ich mich wie in einer in die Jahre gekommenen Heilanstalt. Den kleinen Pool habe ich hinter vielen Teppich-Fluren noch gefunden. Und der Teesalon ist recht schick. Sehr kulant: Wir bekamen Geld erstattet, als wir den Aufenthalt verkürzen wollten. Viele Gäste wirkten sehr happy. Kann sein, dass ich einfach nicht die Zielgruppe bin.

Horrible restaurant service: guests who paid as usual for the meals at the hotel restaurant are literally not allowed to seat and have their meals at the table. Old people who came to this hotel from far abroad to get some water related treatment are treated in unacceptable way. Super nasty lady who is managing the restaurant service and sitting is rude, obviously dividing guests by nationality and saying that the guests are not allowed to sit because the “tables are reserved for some other guests” and cannot be used at any time (why it is like that and how this works and who are these guests - she refused to tell). So, this “privileged reservation “ makes almost every breakfast and dinner at this restaurant a nightmare for some old people, making them struggling to find the free tables (which are never available, considering the overall number of guests vs. seats). It is unbelievable to see how sometimes people from third countries are treated in the mid. of Europe! We definitely never visit this hotel again and will tell others to avoid such places.

The hotel has upgraded its status to 4*. This is well deserved. The location is excellent, in the very center of the resort. Water is within walking distance. All events are located in front of the hotel windows. The medical facilities and organization of procedures are at a very good level. Dr. Krabtsova is the highest professional and dedicated specialist. The hotel staff is very responsible, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The buffet style food is varied to suit every taste and health condition. But I can’t do without a “fly in the ointment”: on 10/04/23 I found a piece of glass in the millet porridge. I informed the administrator, everyone accepted in silence; There were no explanations or apologies for this. Therefore, be careful.🙁 In the future I will recommend the hotel for treatment and accommodation.

The most wonderful resort!! And the staff, doctors, treatment and food are all at the highest level!!! The weather is great too!!! This is the second year my friend and I have come to this hotel. You go through all the procedures before lunch, and then have lunch and rest! 😊 I advise you to take both lunch and dinner. Because the food there is amazing. The people are wonderful. My stay at the Astoria Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Located right on the colonnade, you're in for a real treat - I was lucky enough to have a breathtaking view of the historic Karlovy Vary! :) The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, providing us with great recommendations on what to do in the city. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast selection was rich and satisfying. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a romantic weekend getaway or a rejuvenating family stay. :)
