에어컨이 없다는 단점이있지만 문열어놓고 자면 시원했어요(8월중순) 광장앞이라 시끄럽지만 뷰는 너무 예뻐요 유일하게 슬리퍼도 주는 숙소라서 좋네요!

Very good.
I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Es macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Kleine Rezeption, Mitarbeiter sehr nett, auch sprachlich sehr gut. Vier Sterne, warum? Keine Bar, kein Speiserestaurant, wo man individuell, nur ein Speisesaal. Also eine Kureinrichtung. Alles sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Nicht so gut war, die Heizkörper im Zimmer sind innen sehr verschmutzt was die Warmluft in das Zimmer schleudert. Das Toilettenpapier sowie die Servietten im Speisesaal sind aus der Zeit gefallen, dünn, kratzig... wohl noch von vor 1989? Als Kur-Medizineinrichtung sind viel zu viele Hunde im Haus, die gehören dort nicht hin. Ach im Stadtgebiet Hunde über Hunde, die wichtiger sind als die Menschen. Das Pakplatzproblem wurde schon mehrfach angesprochen. Man kann nicht Menschen in Hotels, Medizinische Einrichtungen locken, aber nicht ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung haben. Die Suche danach ist eine Zumutung, 1-4 km, wenn man Glück hat, und dann wird man mit Wahnsinnpreisen abgezockt. Man kann auch kein Pool anbieten wenn man nicht ausreichend Wasser hat! Viel zu viele Einrichtungen und Menschen und keine dazu notwendige Infrastruktur.
