"Visited Oleander Farms for a 4-day, 3-night stay for my husband’s birthday after coordinating well in advance with guest relations (Yai and Ringsuiliu) for a nice room, cake, and simple decorations. The experience was a complete letdown. Immediately after checking in, when we went to sleep, we woke up after 15 minutes to an unbearable sewage smell. The foul odor lasted for almost 1.5 hours while we waited for a response to our complaints. We ended up having to change rooms twice, ending up in a much smaller room in another block. On top of that, room decorations and cake delivery were severely delayed and required constant follow-ups. We specifically requested to speak to senior management during our stay, but no one bothered to reach out. At checkout, we spoke to Lara, one of the managers at the reception. He mentioned he was already aware of our issue, yet no senior manager made a single attempt to contact us or apologize over our entire 3-night stay. What was even more frustrating was that 30 minutes after we left, Yai called us, claiming she had in-house goodies/vouchers to gift us and made us feel bad for leaving—stating manager Pritesh would have spoken to us had he been there. It was blatantly obvious this call was only made because we complained to Lara an hour prior, solely to prevent a bad review rather than out of genuine concern. When we asked for contact details for the owner or top management to escalate this, they flat out denied giving us any names. The total lack of accountability and empathy completely ruined our celebration. This needs to reach the owner/top management immediately."

"It's a place worth visiting. 12Kms away from the Karjat station it's a huge property next to a flowing river and greenery in and out. The rooms are spacious and super clean with a very kind staff of house-keeping personel. The property has a all day dining restaurant and also serves a complimentary breakfast option. I believe the food could be much better. The game zone and fitness centre are good spots to unwind. The two highlights of our trip here 1. A spacious swimming pool 2. Well maintained spa facility (the number of masseuse however should increase. When we visited it was only Tia who had to attend to everyone yet she did it with a smile and total professionalism.) Over-all a very good weekend getaway. The staff who attended to us Kirti at the reception was very kind and supportive. Jagdish and Nishant at the restaurant were very approachable and always smiling. Thanks team U Rivergate. Cheers 🥂"

"The property was not maintained properly. Rooms lacked proper ventilation and AC was installed in the wrong place resulting in delay in cooling the room. The swimming pool was not clean. Food was quite expensive with very limited options and service was delayed. Not a value for money Resorts."

"It's a huge and wonderful resort with all amenities inside. The ambience is breathtaking and the service is excellent. The lanes inside look stunning during monsoon and walking through them is indeed an experience. The swimming pool is also huge."
