Aston Karimun City Hotel ★★★★
"We stayed at Aston Karimun for 3 nights. We got a bad room. The window faced the wall, preventing sunlight from entering the room even if we opened the curtains. We found small cockroaches in the toilet area, ants on the side table, and spiders crawling on the bed. We complained to the receptionist and told them everything and asked for a room change of the same type. The next day after breakfast, the hotel upgraded us to an executive room. The room was very nice, large, and comfortable. Perhaps as a sign of appreciation for our experience in the previous room, which made us uncomfortable. We are very grateful to the management and Aston staff who quickly took action on guest complaints. Thank you very much for the fast action and service. Will stay in Aston again when we go to Karimun."
Hotel 21 Karimun ★★★
"Great and affordable hote"
Hotel Maximillian ★★★
"Great value to book online. On site purchase is expensive. Got connecting room as well. Few of the decent hotels you can find in this small island."
H3 Hotel ★
"The location is good, not far from the night market and the pier. The room is of average hotel quality, but the front desk gave me early check-in, which is highly commendable."
Hotel Super 888 ★
"Good location, near to city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. She helped us to book a taxi for a short island tour. Facilities wise reasonable. Breakfast provided was normal. The food outside the hotel is considered okay and reasonably priced."
Hotel Tanjung Gelam ★★
"Overall very good. It's just because of the rain. The roads are all flooded and it's a bit difficult to walk. I think the hotel staff should think about how to solve this problem! After all, this place is really good and convenient. You can find food nearby and the attractions are great! ! !"
Hotel Holiday Karimun ★★
"plus point is near mmigration landing point and convenience"
Balai View Hotel ★★
"Cockroaches everywhere. Smoking smell everywhere."
Paradise Hotel ★★
"The hotel is abit old. Initially when i entered the room, the floor is quite dirty with shreds all over the place and the aircon is not cold. But when i feedback to the staff, they are very friendly and had sent an engineer to fix the aircon. The bedsheets and pillow is quite rough and the bathtub is abit old too but could not be expect much with the amount being paid. One good thing about this hotel is the fridge is actually quite cold as compared to some big hotels. My mineral water was minimally frozen?!! There are also restaurants and a mart nearby so its actually not bad to stay."
