"We visited Ramathra Fort for a short break from Agra, and the experience was truly refreshing. The drive took us around 4 hours 30 minutes, smooth and comfortable all the way. Check-in was effortless, and we were shown to our Deluxe Room, which I would highly recommend for its lovely views overlooking the surrounding landscapes. The property itself is a small heritage fort beautifully converted into an intimate hotel with 6 rooms and 7 tents, giving it a very calm and exclusive feel. Food was a highlight – both lunch and dinner were excellent, prepared with care and fresh flavors. They even source their vegetables from their own farms, which really reflects in the quality. Breakfast, though good, could include a few more hot options. Also, the afternoon tea would be even better with some snack choices. The fort offers some unique experiences, including an open-air jacuzzi, which is a wonderful way to unwind. We also did their night safari (chargeable) and enjoyed a serene boat ride at the nearby dam (complimentary) – both memorable additions to the trip. Overall, Ramathra Fort is great value for money, especially for those seeking a quiet, peaceful retreat away from the city. Highly recommended!"
