Positive Feedback: 1 - The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. 2 - The rooms were clean and welcoming. Negative Feedback: 1. The room was advertised as having a King bed, but we received a Twin or, at best, a Queen. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken. Our reservation clearly stated: "1 Room(s) / 1 Night(s) 1 King Bed and 2 Twin Beds, Suite" 2 - The room was unbearably hot. Despite trying all available settings, the air conditioning continued to blow hot air. We sought assistance from the technician twice, and although he attempted by clicking a bunch of buttons really fast to resolve the issue by adjusting the settings, the problem persisted. We waited for hours without improvement and eventually had to turn off the AC entirely, resorting to keeping the balcony doors open to cool the room. I don't think he fixed anything. 3 - The sink water supply knob broke, causing significant flooding in the bathroom, which then spilled into the main bedroom area. While the technicians addressed the issue promptly, the repair was incomplete, as we discovered new water puddles the next morning. 4 - The shower was in poor condition, with clogged holes in the showerhead. As a result, water sprayed out from all directions except through the main outlets, making it difficult to use. We felt cheated. Coming from the US in a country not so familiar, we were hoping to trust a big brand name of Ramada and Wyndham, but we were unfortunately let down.
