The staff are very efficient and friendly. The location is idyllic. It's a little taste of paradise. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I went for work, but I look forward to returning with my spouse for a holiday. The boat ride to Crescent Island is absolutely worth it. You get a good look at teh hippos, from a safe distance. On the island, you can walk around and see monkeys, zebras, giraffes, ostriches and loads of birds. The hippos are visible along the shoreline, so you can admire them without worrying about getting in there comfort zone.

Loved the environment, the well manicured gardens, the friendly staff, the well kept rooms, and the variety in the dining room. They also have a gym, swimming pool and spa though I didn't manage to enjoy them due to time constraints. Hope to visit again in the the near future!

1.The location is very convenient coming from Nairobi. 2.The reservation,booking,check in were seamless and very fast, very responsive customer desk. 3. The rooms, very clean, spacious, clean bathtub, hot showers, and an amazing outdoor shower. clean towels and bed linen. 4.Very efficient carts to ease the movement around. 5.Delicious well-planned meals, and very friendly staff. 6.Activities for all young and old. 7.Amazing 4oclock tea by the lake. 8.I hope i get to use the spa next time.

Rooms were extremely clean, amenities well arranged, very quiet place for relaxing. Bed very comfortable and very clean bedsheets. Nahashon the room steward did an outstanding job in the room. Sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Good job. Kevin front office staff is very friendly and always willing to assist guest. Ashira!!!you are an amazing, outstanding General manager. Smiles on your staff faces reflects your leadership.

Spending time at your place felt like a serene escape from the world. The peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by nature’s calm, was exactly what my soul needed. The view of the lake during sunrise and sunset was breathtaking—walking around the compound at those golden hours felt almost dreamlike. Every detail was perfect: the food was incredibly delicious and prepared with such love, the service was warm and thoughtful, and the entire stay felt so personal and comforting. The pillows were cloud-soft, and the bed made me feel like I was floating in the sky—I've never slept that peacefully in a long time. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable experience.
