Safe and secure resort in banks of Lake Naivasha. Boat ride to crescent island was stunning with the bird and wildlife. Lots of hippos, sea eagles, zebra. The resort has everything you could want, coffee shop, gift shop, pool bar etc and generally good very good. Service in coffee shop was slow. Room was stunning with outside shower. Beware of the monkeys which will steal food at coffee shop and one got in my friends room to steal the fruit!!

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the room, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Carol nyagoha the GRO , was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next visit.

I enjoyed every part of Enashipai Resort and Spa. Food was delicious, Rooms are beautiful, The spa treatment was out of this world. The wave night club was a vibe. i cannot wait to visit again. Carol at the reception GRO desk was very help really marketed the resort on higher standards will be back coz of her.
