Excellent service from the housekeeping, food service staff & lovely spacious rooms. Great food and ameneties. A perfect weekend getaway with superb views of lake Naivasha. A very lovely experience all around, would definitely go there again!

This is a very lovely property with great service, ambiance very relaxing and staff that are very friendly. It allows one to enjoy both business and pleasure treats - Bleasure is so real here. God willing, looking forward to coming back for more.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Paid 33,000 ks for one night, had no hot water, no solution was offered and staff were careless about this and kept on asking us to wait. We were also woken up at 6 am by a staff ringing our door constantly. No shower, couldn't get cleaned up and ready. Defied the purpose of our stay there. Acting GM and staff didn't care and didn't want to issue a 50% or full reimbursement so we left. I do not recommend this place.

It was such a lovely stay cation with my friends, staff was quite helpful and courteous throughout. Stayed at fountain executive rooms-highly recommend, room was clean, spacious, loved the outside shower. Activities: cycling, board games, PS, swimming.. Also booked their Spa service, Siyara massage 90 mins, utterly relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend They have their own night club, Dj was on point, had so much fun. There is a lot to do within the resort.
