Otel yeni açılmış çok temiz ve dizaynı gayet güzel.Lokasyon olarakta iyi. Safranbolu ya da Karabük'e 5 dk mesafede tam ortada.Personel ilgili ve istekliydi.Kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi sadece şarküteri ürünleri de olsaydı hiç fena olmazdı.Karabuk veya Safranbolu ya gideceklere bu tesisi şiddetle öneririm.Tam bir fiyat performans oteli

Beğenerek gittiğim otelde sabah sıcak suyun akmasını bekledim, 25 dakika köpüklü şekilde 3 kez recepcıonu arayarak durumu ilettim ama keyiflerini bozup müdahalede bulunmadılar, soğuk su ile durulanmak durumunda kaldım. Sonra otel müdürü ile asansörde karşılaştım durumu anlattım ama iş işten geçmişti. Sağolsun kendisi bu durum karşısında bir özür bile dilemedi, olaya şaşkınlığını paylaştı sadece. Recepcıona inip neden müdahele etmediniz dedim, siz burayı aradınız mı dediler, o kadar birbirlerinden bağımsız çalışan bir işletme. Kahvaltısı da çok vasattı.. Otele gelmeden aradığımda 1500 tl olan otel fiyatıda 1720 lira olu verdi oda ayrı bir komik bir durum, bu kadar kendinden emin ve bağımlı çalışmayın ya yorulursunuz. Kısaca büyük pişmanlık oldu bu oteli tercih edişim.

Otelin odaları temiz ve düzenliydi, bu yönüyle memnun kaldık. Ancak yemekler hem çeşit hem lezzet açısından yetersizdi. Tatlılar bayattı, şerbetli tatlılar kurumuş ve lezzetsizdi. En büyük sorun ise hijyendi: çay bardakları gözle görülür şekilde kirliydi, bu da genel temizlik konusunda ciddi soru işaretleri oluşturdu. Yemek ve hijyen konularında iyileştirme şart.

Yemekler soğuk idi. Lezzetsiz idi. Aslında akşam yemeğini ücretsiz olarak verdiklerinden dolayı olabilir. Onun dışında personel ve temizlik mükemmel e yakındı. İçtiğiniz bir plastik şişe su ve bir soda için 160 tl ücret çok geldi. Maliyeti ne kadar ?
