Absolutely BREATHTAKING views!! Napili Bay is beautiful with amazing sunsets and gorgeous morning strolls on the beach. Our room and bed were extremely comfortable and the staff was outstanding! It's a wonderful place for families or couples and I highly recommend it!!

A very special place! I booked directly with the hotel because I wanted to make sure I got the room I wanted. I stayed in Puna two which is the building up on the hill. It’s quiet and peaceful and the view is stunning. Full mini kitchen and microwave. Found my way through the rock little past to the beach and enjoyed a few days lounging and swimming. The beach at Napili Bay can be tricky, but if you stay to the far right, it’s easier to get in and out of the water. Once you get the hang of it, it’s a lot of fun. The water is so clear and beautiful. Great snorkeling along the reef too.! I’ve been coming to Napili for years and it is surprising how much of the beach has disappeared. this resort is in a spot where all the sand is still there, but it’s rather steep going into the ocean. At the sea house both nights loved my server the first night with long blonde hair, super sweet. I didn’t get her name. The second night I got another girl she wasn’t as good, but oh well.

Just returned from a split stay half at Napili Kai half at the Hyatt. We Loved Napili Kai. We loved the area of Napili. We had a Great room #11. Beach front second floor. The rooms are on the smaller side but we really didn’t mind. We enjoyed the beach there , it does get busy but it’s nice . We loved being close to Kapalua beach as well .

My wife and came to Maui to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We chose Napili Kai because it was highly recommended by AAA travel. The travel consultant told us we would love this resort and that her other customers came back with very positive reviews. I have to say my wife and I also loved it. It is a beautiful property. It has very lush landscaping. It feels like you are staying in a tropical arboretum. The staff are wonderful. The on property restaurant is also excellent. The beach and Napili Bay is beautiful. Our suite was an ocean view, very nice. With all these wonderful attributes it was difficult to give it a mediocre review. The only problem, and it is a big problem is cockroaches. We were there for four nights. From our first day to our last day we had cockroaches. My wife estimates she personally killed over a dozen. I probably swatted four. After a while I was just ignoring them. I did call the front desk. They sent house keeping to do some spraying. When the pesky bugs reappeared, I called again. Housekeeping came again to spray. They were in the kitchen, in both bathrooms and in the bedroom. The final disappointment is when we got home, my wife was emptying her toiletry bag, a cockroach hitched a ride back to our home. If management reads this, I was in room 309A. May 19 to May 23, 2025. I hope they brought in a professional exterminator to rid that room of those pesky pests.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the end of October at this fabulous resort! We had a beachfront studio in the Honolua building and the view, the room and the location were perfect. The resort sits on the most beautiful bay and we spent everyday in the ocean. The property grounds were gorgeous and the hotel has daily activities, a putting green, crystal clear pools and amazing hospitality. The onsite restaurant, the Seahouse, has a perfect oceanfront setting and we enjoyed both dinner and happy hour with great food and service. The hotel is in a great location and we walked the Kapalua Coastal Trail, visited the spa at the Montage and walked to dinner at Merriman's. There is amazing snorkeling nearby, as well as a small farmers market. We found a coffee shop called Island Vibes that is just a short walk from the resort and they had delicious açaí bowls and great service. The resort offers daily housekeeping, coffee in the lobby in the morning and afternoon and just the nicest people working. It was our first visit and we can't wait to go back!! 10 out of 10!!

We booked our stay at Napili Kai Beach Resort through Donna Bender of MauiCalls. We spent 10 wonderful days at the resort and we couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our lanai. The service, food, daily activities, lovely grounds, pools and beautiful bay made for a very enjoyable vacation. Donna Bender not only found the perfect vacation accommodations for us but she also provided us with a great guide the she created covering everything about Maui ( where to go, what to do, where to eat, shop, etc.) We give Napili Kai Beach Resort (and Donna Bender) a five star rating!

Napili Kai Beach Resort really IS on the beach. After a very short stone walkway from the room, one is walking through deep sand on an extensive beach. As with most resorts, beach umbrellas (highly recommended) and chairs are available to rent. The suites come with well-appointed kitchens (including salt, pepper, sugar), comfortable lanais, and terrific ocean views tempting a non-swimmer/snorkeler to just sit and watch the world go by (with a great sunset). This is a prime snorkeling area.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back again, we stayed in a studio with a fully equipped kitchen including utensils for the outdoor grills, a full sized dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. The lanai is beautiful, and furnished with comfy lounge chairs. Everything was clean and there are ceiling fans and air conditioning in the room. The beach is right off the property, beach chairs and towels are supplied and you can exchange towels through out the day for fresh ones. The snack bar by the beach and pool has amazing frozen drinks. The pools all have breathtaking views and you are very close to the coastal trail hiking path, which I highly recommend checking out. Parking is free and they provide you with a tag for your dashboard. So many pluses -this places checked all the boxes for what I wanted in a resort. Don’t hesitate-book this place !!!

My family and I recently returned from a week at Napili Kai. We had an exceptional time, made terrific new memories, and were continuously impressed with Napili Kai and the many kind, generous, and thoughtful individuals floating through the resort. It's hard to put in words just how special our time at Napili Kai was--and most of the other reviews sing the various and worthy praises of Napili Kai that we have. So I offer here a sincere thank you to everyone at Napili Kai for creating such a special trip for me and my family. I want to give special thanks to the wonderful Richelle and Jackie at Makai Massage and Bodywork. Jackie was so kind and helpful in setting my husband and I up with last-minute massages with Richelle. And Richelle is a true gem--a gifted massage therapist and kind and generous human; I knew I was very lucky to have found myself in her care. My husband and I left our treatments absolutely floating. Thank you, Jackie and Richelle, for making it possible; your care enhanced our trip and our time together! Napili Kai, you are very lucky to have Jackie and Richelle on your team! I also want to give special thanks to Mo, who helped me to quickly put together an itinerary for our day of exploring Maui. We had a supremely memorable day (and ate very well!) thanks to you!
