Absolutely wonderful in every way!
This villa is so beautiful! The ocean views are amazing! It is so comfortable and spacious, and has everything you need! This is our second time staying here. There is a reason everyone comes back to stay here! We love everything about this villa and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Rick for being an amazing host!

Another amazing experience
This is our third stay at this amazing property. It continues to impress. There is a certain kind of calmness and comfort that transcends the fantastic views and overall Zen-like feeling we experience each time we visit. I have stayed in this property many times over many years and it never disappoints. It is beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained. We were a group of 4 and 2 of my friends had not been here before and they absolutely loved it. it.Can't wait to plan our next stay

Excellent property
We have never rented a VRBO and so we were a bit nervous. I have heard some horror stories. The experience far exceeded our expectation. The property was lovely and the location is perfection. Everything we could have needed was in the house as far as kitchen supplies, bedding and activities. I would give this a higher rating if I could. We had the best time and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect stay
Just what we needed. A place to relax and take in all that Hawaii's mother nature offers. As soon as we walked in the door and saw the view we knew it was going to be perfect. Very clean, very quiet, and well appointed. Easy walk to several beaches. Couldn't have been better.

Cliff side beauty
We had a great stay at this cliff and beach side location! wonderful views sitting on the patio. Easy walks to three close beaches, including wave beach and snorkel beach. Pool just over the hill. Hard to come back to reality after our great vacation. We will be back!

Beyond perfect
The pictures did not do it justice. It was beautifully appointed, extremely clean (and as a clean freak, I am qualified to judge that!) and the views were breathtaking! I just can’t say enough about it. Rick was very personable and responsible.
