The room was spacious and clean. The lack of pre-filled bottled water (which can be requested) was a nice touch and very eco-friendly! The 7th-floor common area was very nice, offering water, snacks, and drinks (including excellent coffee) throughout the day. Such a thoughtful touch! The 1st-floor staff were very friendly. Thank you for their service!

I often stay in Kaohsiung for medical appointments, and this time I was particularly impressed by the Hanpin Hotel in Kaohsiung. Despite its history, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. When I checked in, the staff showed me the parking card and parked right at the door. Even after checking out, the staff refunded my deposit right at the car door, eliminating the need to go to the counter. I was amazed by the attention to detail. To save time, I had dinner and breakfast at the Hanpin Hotel's restaurant. The Harbor City Tea House on the third floor offers a wide variety of dishes, including three types of congee. While enjoying the meal, I was pleasantly surprised to see the waitress, Ms. Guo, smiling constantly, asking if the kid at the next table had eaten enough. She helped me clean up the empty plates and politely said she was disturbing me. When she saw the crumbs on the floor, she immediately picked them up. I couldn't help but praise her. She even said that she hoped all the guests would enjoy their meals. She enjoys her work very much. She is going to retire this year, but still hopes to continue serving guests. Even I was infected by the happy atmosphere. I was touched by Sister Guo's enthusiasm for work, her transparent and service-oriented attitude. If I wasn't in a hurry, I really deserved special praise. I hope I can meet her again when I come to Hanpin Hotel again.
