Spacious room with 2 large windows. Blanket/quilt on the beds are really thin, looks washed too many times till it's thin and not useful when the air conditioning is cold (can't change the temperature).
Location is ok, near train station but it's not that easy to walk there with luggage as the nearby roads are filled with packed scooters/motorcycles in the day, so you have to walk on the roads.

Provided excellent service but cleanliness should be improved. As we found little insect in the toilet, received sincerely apologise and send me a bottle of red wine. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the front desk and VIP lounge Ms Yuen Yuen, she is working hard to serve guests.

The room and toilet is huge. There isn't much of a view from the room but the hotel location is quite accessible to Yanchengpu station. The bonus point is the walking distance to Love Pier and Pier 2 Art Center.

Good location, a short walk from the underground station. Not far from Cijin island. Good service from receptionsists. Gym was :(, but many of the hotels in Taiwan offer limited gym equipments so ... The taiwan beer at the lounge was so good, a quiet vibe where i chilled and enjoyed free cold beer. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast had variety of options but could be less oily.
