The stay was great. The food at rhe restaurant was tasty and the staff was very courteous. Mrtge male staff viz. Ravish, Santyenjeet, Anoop, Vishal and the female staff viz. Anmol and Shabnam was very nice to the guests. Nice stay.

Very poor staff front office staff very untidy ungroomed front office staff doesn't even have the manners to talk There is a girl named Disha in the front office staff, she doesn't even have the sense to talk to the guest and talks very arrogantly. Very bad service from the front office. Money was wasted. I will never stay in Regenta hotel again in my life

The host including Ravish was amazing and always serviced us nice tasting food. Will be back. He was always attentive of our needs and made sure we had enough food which tastes nice.

Very nice experience. The rooms were good and the cleanliness maintained. The food was also good but what stood out was the hospitality and service. Each and every staff member was willing to help and sent to the best way possible whether in the front office, or took service or the restaurant. Good overall experience. Special shoutout to Ravish who during the breakfast buffet ensured we were well fed with all the warmth possible.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the Mr Rahul. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and many attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again

The experience was awesome , the breakfast buffet had limited but good choices , taste was good and the overall experience was elevated by Mr Ravish which amplified the experience of the dining.
