Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was in a good neighborhood (many street food vendor at night). Good service (fast check-in/out), suitable parking space. Overall a great stay for us.

This was good! We were able to see the sunset from the window and it was beautiful. Room was bigger than expected and very clean.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets, banks and restaurants nearby. You can see the volcano from the mountain view room. The room is well-lit and spacious. The breakfast is mainly Indonesian. I wanted to sign up for a volcano tour at the hotel, but there is an advertisement in the lobby. No one was responsible so I registered somewhere else.

The room does not have a hair dryer, even though it is very much needed for office events. Standard bathroom equipment even though it is a 3/4 star level. Lack of wardrobe/luggage rack even though the room is still spacious. I took the Deluxe type.

This hotel is very bad. I don't recommend Chinese people to book this hotel. The service is very bad. First of all, the hotel doesn't even provide the most basic hair dryer! I went to the hotel front desk to ask, and they said that the hair dryer is only equipped in the business suite and presidential suite! My wife's hair was very wet after washing, and it was very late. She wanted to dry her hair early and go to bed. She asked if she could borrow one first, but the waiter refused. My wife went to bed without her hair completely dry. She had a headache when she got up the next day. Secondly, when checking out, there were a lot of sundries in my hands. I saw plastic bags at the hotel front desk and asked if I could take a plastic bag? They didn't give it to me either. I was really impressed. I didn't even give you a plastic bag when I stayed in your hotel. I went to the hotel next door, and they immediately provided one for free. Is this attitude something that can be done in the service industry? I stayed in other hotels in Bali and Banyuwangi, and the service attitude was very good. It was this hotel that left me with a very bad impression. Finally, the infrastructure is also poor. For example, the hotel still uses old-fashioned wall-mounted air conditioners. The air-conditioning unit is placed on the balcony. There is only one glass door between the balcony and the bedroom. Unless you choose not to turn on the air conditioner at night, the air-conditioning unit will be very noisy.

It's an hour's drive from the volcano, and it's a pretty good hotel nearby. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene is still good. They also provided us with breakfast, the front desk service was very good, and the food in the lobby was delicious. Although I only slept for five hours, I felt good overall.

Booked this hotel for climbing Bromo. It's still a certain distance from the volcano. Generally, everyone staying in this hotel is ready to leave at around 00:30. But it's much more cost-effective than the hotels at the foot of the volcano. So if you don't mind getting up early, you can book this one. The hotel service is generally good. If you tell us in advance that you will check out at midnight to climb the volcano, the hotel can prepare breakfast for two people. One is a sandwich, and the other is a poached egg with fried rice. They will also deliver water, tableware, toothpicks, etc. Very considerate. The room is very large and the air conditioning is cool. The only drawback is that the hotel's bedding is recommended to be replaced with new ones. There are yellow marks on our bedspread that can't be washed off, which is a bit disgusting.

In the middle of the city, transportation is quite troublesome, and it is quite inconvenient without a car. There are three or four shopping malls next to the hotel, which is quite convenient for shopping and other things. The scenery outside the hotel is quite good.
