Step into this adorable property and be greeted by the cozy ambiance that awaits you. With 3 king beds and 1 queen bed, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. Indulge in the convenience of amenities like a fully equipped chef's kitchen, game room, private hot tub, 2 large common rooms, Smart TV's in all bedrooms, and common rooms. The 3 bathrooms offer a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower for your comfort. Our guests love the truly fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, weber grill, as well as Reverse Osmosis and whole house water filtration system.

The home was carefully chosen for our family to be convenient to Southern Utah attractions, we are closest to the East Gate of Zion National Park and short day trips to destinations like Bryce National Park, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Kanab Sand Caves, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and Antelope Canyon.
This is our second home in the neighborhood, purchased because our property managers Kraig and Logan take great care of our homes and guests. They have hundreds of 5 star reviews and many years of experience, so you will be in great hands for your vacation!
Only the best was put into the home, from designer furniture to All-Clad and name-brand cooking appliances and utensils. We have all you need for your nightcap in the hot tub or on the patio by the fire pit!

Highly recommend this place. It's great, lots of room to move around. We had family, 4 - couples plus 1- kiddo. Everyone could move around, the game room is perfect, nice hot tub. Kitchen is great. Washer-Dryer really helped out! Host very responsive, always a text away for any questions. In summary, this is a wonderful, spacious home. We highly recommend and will be back!

This was hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The views were amazing and we felt so at home. We plan to stay here again in the future. Cannot recommend enough!

House is amazing.Spotlessly clean with all of the amenities of home. The appliances all looked brand new. Communication was excellent. Replied right away and provided so much helpful information on the house, area and hikes before our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning home with so much room. Absolutely spotless. Kitchen fully stocked with every appliance and utensils you would need. Great beds and beautiful bedding. Breathtaking view off the deck. We had such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this home!!

Absolutely everything about this home was the best. Fantastic home, everything you would ever need, clean and beautiful host. Everything was well thought out from the covered patio to the hot tub and the game room. More than enough room for 2 couples and beautiful drive to Springdale and Bryce! Absolute 10/10 rental!! Could not be more pleased with this house. Everything was top notch from the host communication to the design, the amenities, and the stocked kitchen! Really easy drive into Zion National Park and the hot tub and outdoor fireplace to come home to every night was so lovely. Would 100% stay here again!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. There was space for everyone, clean comfortable beds, very nice furniture as well as top of the line kitchen supplies and appliances. The location of the home was just a short drive to Zion’s east entrance which made it even that much better. We spent each morning and evening on the lovely covered patio enjoying the view and the grill. The star gazing at night was spectacular. We felt right at home as the owners were kind, quick to reply and lived nearby if we needed them. We would definitely love to return in the future.
