Other things to note
-The 2 mile road leading to this property is a dirt road, and can be muddy when wet. 4 wheel drive is highly recommended during or 1-2 days after it rains or snows. Mostly during January-March.
-The house is supplied with water from a local well.
Occasionally, you may notice some red sediment coming from the faucets.
- Rest assured, the water is safe and potable.
However, some people dont like the taste of well water, we provide some jugs of filtered water at the house. Bringing your own drinking water is a good idea.
- To avoid discoloration, we recommend not washing white items in the washer, as the red sediment can cause them to turn slightly brown.
-The water supplied to the house is run through a water softener.
-This house is situated in the wilderness, meaning you might encounter wildlife, insects, or other critters. To minimize this, we use capture traps, regularly check and treat for pests, and conduct deep cleanings between guests. However, encounters can still occur in a wilderness setting.

The Mineral Spring house was great for our family, slept 6 comfortably. Very secluded but close to Zion NP, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and an hour away from Bryce Canyon. Beautiful part of the USA and the people were nice as well. I would stay here again.

We were all blown away with the location. Away from the beaten path and so very private. We walked in the door and our mouths dropped open with how beautiful the kitchen was and the views from every direction were breath taking! So many big windows everywhere. The rooms were big and the furniture was so comfy. We all loved cooking together in that gorgeous kitchen. We enjoyed the star and moon gazing each evening and card games at the big dining room table. It was a wonderful time together in your comfy home. Thank you so much.

Rural, Relaxed, Wonderful Views!
We loved our stay! If you're looking for a quiet, rural place to stay near Zion's East side, you can't find a better place! Zion's East side offers tons of hike and exploring away from the crowds, but it's only 40ish minutes to the main parking lot for the regular hikes in the valley. Our group loved returning each day to a quiet house surrounded by views of the mountains and valleys--just wonderful if you're looking to get away from the crowds. Late nights on the deck under the stars was an added bonus. Would absolutely book again if we return to Zion. Also only about 1 hr to Bryce Canyon, which is easily doable as a day-trip from this location.
