The room was nice and standard. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the morning. The breakfast was simple and there were few choices. The overall service was good. The room was a bit noisy if it was close to the road. The view from the lobby was OK.

The hotel is relatively new, the scenery is nice, and the rooftop infinity pool is a standout. But it can't guarantee 24-hour hot water. If you use it a little more, you have to wait 45 minutes for the water to boil...

Facilities: The facilities are very new and should be relatively good in this area. There is an infinity pool on the top floor, and the view of the town is great.

My experience here in March 2025 was excellent. The hotel is modern and clean and offers great views from the rooftop. The staff was incredibly friendly and several times went out of their way to help and accommodate me. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I visit Kandy in the future.

Good but noisy
Lovely hotel but very noisy. From the water in the room next door to someone vacuuming outside the room and the noise from the road…it should have better sound proofing

Perfect stay in a rather busy city. Close to the golden tooth on walking distance. Rooms are cofortable and clean . Little details could be bit better : towels at pool not sufficiënt , slow service at pool. But the staff is doing their utmost and is very helpfull. Very good breakfast . Cosy place . Great for couples!
