The hotel facilities are very new and the hotel environment is also very good, but the hot water experience is too bad. The hot water was gone after a few minutes of showering. I waited for five or six minutes and then it took another minute or two for the hot water to run out. I think it has something to do with their hot water supply system. This experience is really too bad

The Trees, Kandy was our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. We were welcomed by staff with tea and beautiful lotus flowers. The pool provides fantastic view of Kandy. It’s a shame that our stay coincided with the crowds for the sacred exposition of the tooth relic of Lord Buddha, otherwise we would have enjoyed our stay more. There were a few times staff did forget our orders at breakfast and at the bar, but other than than, thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

The room was nice and standard. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the morning. The breakfast was simple and there were few choices. The overall service was good. The room was a bit noisy if it was close to the road. The view from the lobby was OK.

The hotel is relatively new, the scenery is nice, and the rooftop infinity pool is a standout. But it can't guarantee 24-hour hot water. If you use it a little more, you have to wait 45 minutes for the water to boil...

La vue de la piscine est superbe , l hôtel est tout près (en surplomb) du Queens hôtel où se déroulait le festival de Kandy , ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre l évènement à pied , ce qui était grandement appréciable! L accueil est très sympathique et professionnel, et le restaurant sur le rooftop etait très agréable. Un très bon moment à Kandy !
