+ Interesting concept of the hotel, in an old tea factory. Good breakfast (porridge, croissants, cheese, fruit, pancakes). Interesting entertainment is offered: picking tea in a sari, English tea party, tea tasting. All services are paid.
- The hotel calls itself a five-star hotel, but there are no slippers, robes or dental kits in the room. The refrigerator is also empty. All the furniture is very tired, especially the plumbing in the bathroom. The shower faucet in our room did not switch on, and we had to fill the bath from the shower head.
Be prepared for a 10% tip and 18% VAT to be added to your bill at dinner.

The legendary Tea Factory Hotel is just so-so. The soundproofing is not very good and there is noise when walking. The service is ok and the tea tasting is quite unique. However, it feels unfair to stay in a room with such facilities for such a price. There is nothing around and there is only one hotel in the tea factory. If you like lively places, you should stay in a hotel in the town!
