Worth the price. Clean Still have wear and tear but u can tell they are in the process of upgrading for a better stay.

The room was cozy, clean, and pleasantly scented. Beautiful interior, great location, and the breakfast was delicious

Grand interior, lobby gives a feeling of high class. Front counter staff abit not friendly, rude, and impatient, but helpful, could be having a bad day. Water heater for shower need to wait more than 5 minutes of running water before its usable. Towel quite rough, will cause pain if you rub too hard, one of the towels got yellow stains Toilet dry-wet segment is very well done. Parking is very very dark without any light at night.

Very remote location. Not near to any outside food. Room is spacious but not comfy. Dated furnitures. Breakfast was bad with some selection placed outside with flies flying around.

Assigned for a room 626 with someone occupied. This is huge mistake in hotel line. I’m solo traveler and this make me feel highly insecure and frustrated. I was told to wait for them to check. Which was extra ridiculous, as i show the photo proof. I had to tell them u may check yourselves but arranged me a room first as i was extremely tired to check in 10pm after long day.

check in were slow seems like got booking linkage issues luckily staffs was patiently handling it 👍

I loveeee all about Nilai Spring. The room was superb and spacious, toilet clean and dry, very friendly and helpful staff ❤️

Room with superb view despite the low level, spacious, toilet is clean but water heater not working really well, took longer times to get warm i dont know why. Surrounding is so cold at night, love the birds sound in the morning. Pool was huge, have tile slides too, but not so clean, some parts of the pool have green moss, leaves and dirts. Dinner buffet were yummy, but breakfast, nasi lemak is so plain and spicy gravy. Overall, it was a nice stay, everything is still good.

Love the ambience, so calming, the pool is spacious too and kids really had a good time! Woild love to come again. We ordered food to dine in the room as well and its awesome!

The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. However, I expected the concierge staff to be a bit more welcoming. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. I really enjoyed the pool area, and my child had a fantastic time in the kids' pool. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning.

Nilai Springs will be my 1st choice to recommend as a place to relax... Lobby aroma already make u peace.. thank to Nilai Springs Resort Hotel.

Beautiful resort in a quiet location. Lot of sport facilities. Spacious room. Clean and neat. Friendly personnels. The food in golf restaurant was fantastic.
