是次我們一家四口選擇了山景套房，因房間較大
但全間套房只有一道窗向山景
更可惜的是莊麗的山景竟被酒店泳池上蓋阻礙
反而其他standard room沒有此問題
向酒店職員反映無效
因為酒店職員說我們不是從酒店網站直接購買
要求我們同trip.com取消，才可以轉房類型
說到這樣，我們還是算吧啦
另外，酒店洗手間用品都不太完備
例如沒有漱口杯、梳、牙刷、拖鞋、洗髮護髮露都未refill好，pump唔出😅
唔知道係咪大多數加拿大大酒店都係這樣？
或者我們不可以用香港酒店standard相比呢？

房間普通，價格最貴。管理混亂，電車忘記給我開閘，結果一晚都沒充上。Wi-Fi每天換一個密碼，電話從來沒人接，要跑去前台去問密碼。自己有餐廳卻不包含早餐。自己付費吃了個早餐，服務員目無表情。一家印度人及親戚之類的管理，總之就是什麼都小氣，就是收費大器。

The hotel was okay - nothing special but in a good location. But the pool and hot tub were GROSS! The pool was so cloudy we lost pool toys in it and the hot tub had grime all around it. I commented to the front desk on check out and they just said they'd tell maintenance. Disappointed in this as my kids love swimming!

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. The common living area in the room had no windows and no air exchange. The suite looked like a converted storage closet. No windows, no light except for stark white LEDs , no air conditioner, no air circulation. The most expensive room in the hotel. I had reserved this month's prior to host a funeral reception. Upon arrival, I noted my disappointment with front desk. There were no other options available except to rent their $600 per night conference room. I asked for a discount and was denied any compensation. I paid $800 for closet.

Hotel is nice, pool area is great for kids. Fitness area has everything you need. Would be nice to update the bathrooms and include some larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. as the tiny bottles don't seem to be enough for a family of 4. The attached restaurant Heaven....exactly as it sounds. Probably the best sushi I have had!! great atmosphere and servers were excellent at recommendations. Hotel offered a promo where they would give a voucher for the restaurant's breakfast for $10. Highly recommend they keep doing this as the breakfast was also very good.

I used to like this hotel and was actually one of my favourites. We recently visited and were disappointed to find out how dirty the water in the pool and hot tub was. Good thing we have a whirlpool in our room. I felt bad because I’ve been to this hotel many times not knowing they have a pool, so we used it for the first time. We were excited and proud to come back to show it to my daughter, but the experience turned out to be unpleasant.
